South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

Mosi had always been taught to be a young gentleman and the woman whom his Uncle had brought back home had been standing off to the side looking very much out of place. If this woman was going to be there with them now then it was only right to show her what to do. His excitement, as with most children, was contagious and wasn't easily turned away. Edie was no exception and his charm and no-choice attitude of course got her to join the dancing around the fire.

Kato couldn't help but smile at seeing Edie dance with Mosi and his intermittent laughter and joining in the singing. It was a delightful thing seeing her relaxing enough to do so. When he excused himself from his sister to approach her, he was quite oblivious to how things had appeared to her and the mood she would be in. Her airy response to his comment was met with little more than a raised brow before he insisted and took her hand to pull her to his sister. "Yes, Maeve, my little sister." He nodded before glancing back at Mosi, dismissing him with a quick, "Ke itumetse." A slight frown marred Kato's features at the worry that laced Edie's tone. "You were so tired..." She had looked so peaceful and had been so tired from the traveling. Kato glanced down at her. "I'm sorry; I really thought you'd sleep through the night."

Before he could even bring Edie to a stop in front of his sister who had shifted out of the direct dancing pathway, Maeve had already pounced and enveloped Edie in a bubbly hug. "Dumela!!" She released Edie just as quickly, giving her some space, although it wasn't before Kato could scold her to stop, "Ema, ema, ema. Edie, this is Maeve...my little sister. She doesn't understand personal space." He was unsure how Edie would take being pounced on like that, especially from how she had just been talking about feeling scared and that she had thought his sister was something entirely. Maeve narrowed her gaze at Kato before returning it to Edie with a flourish of a new smile. "So you're the one everyone has been talking about. Kato says you're from a place called England." Her accent was much thicker than Kato and Raziya's since her English was learned from lessons rather than by traveling like many of the others.

"I can't wait to have my turn and go travel. You have to tell me all about your home." Maeve's comment seemed to cause Kato to shift uncomfortably but he remained silent as he stood by Edie's side holding fast to her hand. "Oh I can't wait to go running with you. I'm glad my brother brought you home, we needed more women...there are too many boys. My friends and I are going to the market in a few days, you should come with us." Maeve seemed to have a run at the mouth which Kato didn't seem either concerned or worried about as his gaze drifted away from the pair in some semblance of private conversation. Apparently it was a common thing with his sister to be a tumble of energy. He also hadn't exactly broached the subject with anyone of his family that this wasn't a permanent return. That fact was going to be a bit more of a challenge to explain than simply bringing home a non-rhino white woman Were.
