South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

He knows where she is. He knows where everyone and anyone is when it is he seeks to do just that and indeed in these moments his affinity extends outwards to assure him of her impending arrival into the field that was so often the site of their games. The lanky leopard leaps from within the branches of the trees that had so concealed his form, long limbs carrying him easily towards his companion as he lopes through the grass with the fluid ease of his species. A chuff of pleasure exudes from within the depths of his throat at her arrival, tail carried high and yet it is delight rather than dominance that results in such a gesture. It is only when he reaches the wolf that her posture and displeasure becomes apparent to him, Tobias halted within his stride. He does not understand the emotions that turn within her, the scents upon her unusual to his senses and yet they are overwhelmed entirely by her own perfume of....fear perhaps. He cannot understand her emotion and yet this does not mean he cannot perceive it- his form stiffening in response, golden eyes lifted in search of a danger he cannot see and yet he responds to his companion entirely, tail lashing now in his own unease. For all that Tobias lacks, he is capable as no other in understanding what remains unsaid. Her displeasure, her discomfort, is clear to him and yet why he cannot fathom. He seeks only to remove it from her.

Birdie is......sad?

Sad is one of the few emotions he can name and as such he does so now, those fractured thoughts attempting to pieces together her fearful stance and nervous demeanour and yet he can sense no enemy, no reason for her to respond as she does, his frustration at his own lack of ability irritating at his mind now and yet he seeks to reach for the wolf all the same. A rumbling purr rises within his throat, head rubbed against her own, aiming to dispel these emotions that he so dislikes for his inability to understand them or why they exist. He remains so unaware of her own inner turmoil or emotions that tumble upon her in the wake of an afternoon spent in the arms of another man. He can smell others upon her and yet such a thing is not unusual. The Ark is a plethora of scents, mostly men and indeed the jungle cat finds no displeasure in the myriad of scents that mark her dark fur.

It is fortunate, perhaps, that he cannot pinpoint the vampires scent entirely- at least not in this moment. He is possessive by nature and almost dangerously so, a creature driven far more readily by instinct then by human sense. The confines of his fractured mind and often illusive thoughts are readily marred by a distinctly male temperament. The boy dominant by nature, his moods as volatile as a summer storm and indeed it is surely fortunate for now, in the least, that he remains unaware of why some scents upon her are more potent then others. His form shifts again, brushing his body along her own, seeking to rub out those other scents as he so often does and once more seeking to alleviate that displeasure that radiates from her.
