West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

It was that scent of something new that reached him first, that spotted leopard sprawled at the foot of Tetradore's throne, eyeing those remains of the man's meal in the hope he might drop something from that plate. Tobias having become decidedly fond of chicken bones of late. His delight for stealing food had become well known throughout the Ark over those years, few members of staff daring to leave their plates unguarded, Tetradore much the same, the panther having learned to take his plate with him lest he lose the majority off his meal to the Leopard whom seemed to forever linger in the presence of food. A growl of disdain rumbled within his chest as Tetradore finished off that plate, rising to take it to the kitchen, his Alpha so purposely having eaten it all he was sure as his tail lashed side to side. His attention returned to that ring below before that scent seemed to find him amongst the sweat and dirt and blood that stained the air so potently. His own connection to Raven, perhaps, inclining him to find her amongst the crowd as she wandered into that first aid room on the ground floor, weaving in and out of that crowd with someone else in tow.

It was possessiveness alone that saw the jungle cat roll onto his paws, rising upward now to leap onto the hand rail, that feline balance seeing the man wander effortlessly down that railing to make his way to the ground floor- the crowd parting around him as he moved. Each muscle rolled effortlessly beneath that gold and dark pelt, those golden eyes fixated upon his target as that crowd hurried to move out of his way. His reputation within that Ark preceding him now, his place beside Tetradore as undefeated within those doubles matches seeing few if any daring to challenge his place within those walls. His status as Beta of that Nightshade park and his well-known volatility and short temper only further assuring that most beings so often attempted to appease him rather than risk his irritation. Tobias having learned well how to play that game, his fractured mind having come to understand they feared him. That predatory part of him relishing within it as he passed into those shadows to pause outside the door of that room his mate had entered.

His gaze moved from his mate to that other wolf and back again, his head tilted in some demented curiosity, that scent of silver and blood seeing his lips wrinkle and pull back from fangs as he prowled forward and into that room at last, a rumble resounding from within him to announce his presence as he did. Those small ears folded briefly back against his head as he near collided it unceremoniously with Raven's leg in that cattish greeting brushing his scent against her in that possessive gesture- so making it clear to that other wolf just whom she belonged to. Those hard muscles bunched and coiled like iron beneath his form, the Leopard leaping up and onto that bed a moment later to the eye the smaller canine now. Tobias so uncaring for that personal space. After all, this was his home, his territory and his pack. The male near daring her to challenge it, pressing that dominance upon her almost experimentally. Tobias so content to test that wolf in a fashion before his gaze lifted to that injury upon her, the boy moving to sniff at it now, another grumble coiling within him.

That shift overcame him suddenly, fur replaced with skin and hair. The leopard giving way to that gangly young man with that mop of unruly black hair as equally dark eyes regarded the wolf before him now. Eyes flicking from her to Birdie and back again, the boy eternally captivated with anything new as his head tilted about again, one hand reaching out to let his fingers touch that fur in some fascination for its texture before his personality seemed to abruptly shift from that playful, idle curiosity to something inexplicably harder. His eyes narrowed suddenly now. One hand pointed to that wound judgementally.

"Why.....does Birdie bring.....broken....wolf here?"

His voice was demanding, those stuttered words a struggle as they were forced from his lips, the boy glancing suddenly down to his own ripped jeans, one finger fiddling with a small tear within them as if he had suddenly ceased to remember he was in the room at all, his gaze no longer holding focus, that insanity so apparently in full display now as his lips parted to mutter those non-sensible words over and over to himself. His head suddenly snapping back up again, fingers paused in tracing their pattern as he eyed that new wolf alone now.

"Are....hunters....following? Tobi....knows."

Know what, apparently, remained to be seen.
