West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

i used to rule the world

seas would rise when i gave the word

Her fingers were altogether gentle as they brushed ever so tenderly across his forehead. There was no denying that glimpse of happiness upon her features, that look of contentment one he simply failed to see touch her in those normal hours he'd spent at her side. His hand settled upon her waist, the Hunter entirely content to tease her as he inquired if he had so failed to satisfy her. Perhaps it was his almost arrogant, charismatic nature, but Alexander was fairly certain he'd felt how estatically her body had been within those sweet moments. That twinkle within those bright eyes only coaxed that warm simper upon his own lips as she offered him two words - two words that spoke of what would surely come later on now that some sort of relation had been established between the pair. Even so, the Macedonian man remained close to her as her fingers trailed patterns against his skin, the man altogether unconcerned of just how public they were, laying in the grass in the aftermath of that rather vocal, intimate activity. Rather, he was far more inclined to let his thoughts linger upon that date she'd so asked of him.

How long had it been, truly, since he'd played that dating game? At least a century. Certainly he'd had his share of one night stands and lovers and yet, his connection to them had always been fleeting. The King stayed within the lives of very few and soon enough, they tended to leave him for the afterlife as they so often did. He knew well that she would be no different and yet, he was still wholly inclined to dedicate himself to her for those years they had. Those blue-green eyes remained upon the woman as he considered those more modern activities the young woman might like and yet, his knowledge of her interests were rather...limited. He made an effort, nevertheless, to offer some sort of date that she might have some sort of interest within, that suggestion of a dress with dinner and books leaving his lips before, perhaps, a better idea of sorts toyed with his thoughts. He knew, naturally, that some dates were enjoyable purely for the surprise and yet, given his of time with the woman, perhaps it was best, instead, to ask after her input. What he received, though hardly unwanted, was entirely unexpected.

His eyebrows rose as he tilted his head in an entirely inquisitive fashion, "You've never rode a horse?" He inquired as she shifted to snuggle closer towards him, the man drawing her closer against his frame in the process as he considered this, "No, I suppose you wouldn't have..." He mused softly. Though he hardly knew much of the girl, he had gathered enough to know most of her life had been outside of that modern world and all of its conveniences. "No, the basics aren't too hard, we could go ride horses on the beach, I think you'll pick it up pretty easily...though...in that case perhaps not a dress..." He stated in a considering fashion. Teaching her how to ride aside would be more difficult on her first time, the man vastly more concerned that she might fall off the horse with that silken fabric of whatever gown Alexis chose for that evening. "Dinner and then the beach?" He inquired, those bright blue-green eyes fluttered towards her in an effort to seek her approval for that new plan. "Where do you live? I can pick you up at seven maybe....next friday?" After all, it was how dating etiquette went, wasn't it? He arrived at her doorstep with flowers or something of the like. After all, if this was her first true date, Alexander had every intention of doing it right.
