West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

You know, I don't know much about packs, but I would assume it's a bit like a family unit. I find it odd that for a small pack he really doesn't know his members well. It's not entirely a bad thing. I mean everyone keeps things to themselves all the time, even from those they are close with. Hell I didn't really bother to click with the other members in Frost's pack, but that really wasn't my fault. They were hardly around. It wasn't that much of a pack anyways if no one was ever around. Which is why I asked. At least I now know who all belongs to his pack. Now I know who to stay away from. I couldn't help, but throw the man a subtle dirty look when he decided to explain to me what 'caballo' meant. I know perfectly well what that means. Being the daughter of foreign diplomats meant you had to learn different languages on top of a whole slew of other things. I would have showed off my capability of speaking a bit of Spanish, but I am quite certain I wouldn't pronounce the words fluently, and I'd stumble along stupidly. This rum was slowly getting to my head. That dirty look on my face quickly shifted into a guilty look at the mere mention of my creator. I didn't do anything wrong to harm Tetradore and his pack, but it sucks that I am tethered to him. I shouldn't have to feel guilty about Frost, but I do. Instead of standing here and feeling ashamed for something I didn't do, I just turned around and focused on the task at hand...baking a cake. While we're dumping the ingredients in the bowl I try to pass the weird silence.

"I could understand the fear, but I can't understand the need to attack you and take what you have. Jealously I could get, but you don't look like someone to mess with."

Well, it was the truth. There are some people that you take one look at and you know that you shouldn't mess with them in the first place. And this guy right beside me was just one of those people. I get the whole territory thing, but not the taking of pack members and having them join your own. How are you supposed to get loyalty from that? You just get fear and fear isn't as good as loyalty, no matter what people say. Grabbing the vanilla and tea spoon, I throw it into the bowl after a little bit of silence. It does seem sad though, to only be seen as those two things. Now that is something that I am guilty of. I did look at him with fear earlier tonight, but...I had a good reason, at least I think I do. With a sad smile I give him a sympathetic look as I murmur softly.

"I am sorry though Tetradore, it sounds difficult and unfair really. You aren't so bad, I mean look at you...you're baking a cake and don't look scary at all."

I flash him a small smile and look back at the left over ingredients. There really wasn't that much left to do. It feels kinda weird telling an Alpha what to do. Like I really shouldn't be, but at the same time I was just asking for help. That's it! I'm just asking for help, so yes, this isn't weird at all. Although I am a bit confused as to why he was wanting to bake a cake in the first place. I mean I'm not really anything to him. Just some stranger having a birthday. As soon as he brings me the mixer I give a nod of thanks as I place the beaters into the mixer, pressing the switch at a medium speed, I move the mixer back and forth. Grabbing some of the margarine I throw the contents in. I make a gesture with my other hand for him to grab the milk wanting him to place it in the bowl. As soon as he is done I stare at the mixer for a moment, noticing the batter wasn't all quite done yet. Flipping the switch I wanted to make the speed go high, not very high, oops. I couldn't help, but yelp in surprise when some of the chocolate batter sprayed on us both. Quickly shutting it off I placed the mixer down to let the chocolate batter from the batters drip in the bowl. Well, the batter was done, that was good. Sheepishly I grab one of the rags on the counter top and try to wipe some of the chocolate off his face, my face entirely red underneath some of the chocolate. Finding it funny and a tad bit scary I tried not to laugh.

"Oh-my-gosh...I...um...well...on the bright side you don't look scary."
