West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Now wasn't this just touching?

He had been content enough to watch little Alexis scurry away, leaving the weak little woman to nurse her wounds and revert back into the little mouse of a creature she was- else pretended to be. It was a waste, truly, to allow such a creature to wander about as she did, parading as something so soft and innocent, pretending to be little more then a delicate, nervous little girl and perhaps she was and yet the stallion is assured that all she requires is a little push, a little guidance- a little pressure applied in just the right way to make the girl realise her true and wasted potential. She had proven difficult, if not wholly resistant to his methods of teaching and yet he is a patient enough man, willing to wait for her to come to her senses and more willingly come to him in turn. Else he will quite simply make her. He had warned her of his next step, so generously offered her a little time to think it over and yet he had perhaps not anticipated she would flee to the arms of that....wolf from the forests. How very unfortunate. Violet eyes linger upon the pair of canines as they wrap about each other within the alley, the whimpers that exist within the darkness echoing towards his ears as the first of the coming rain begins to fall, the air thick with the scent of an on-coming storm. It is displeasing to him that Alexis should so seek comfort from the pack wolf, Raven hardly a valuable creature to his mind and yet he does not need her taking his fox back to that accursed boat, Alexis far too valuable to waste on a pack of carnivores who will surely only squander her potential further. Such things would be far easier if only Alexis would see sense. Perhaps she needs another lesson. A simper of sorts moved to brush so briefly across his lips, a moment of amusement seeming to find place upon his features before the snowy haired man simply moved to lean away from the wall he reclined against- having merely watched the pair for several moments in silence from his position within the shadows of the street.

The change comes easily enough, despite the size of his animal form, the man replaced with the beast as heavy, feathered hooves stride across the empty streets- the falling rain soaking into the white of his coat as droplets fall from the thickened strands his mane. He steps easily from the road and onto the sidewalk, passing smoothly between the buildings and into the alleyway the women rest within, their words no longer concealed to him as ears prick forward atop his skull to catch those last few sentences that leave Raven's lips. A snort easily passes his nostrils, announcing his presence as the towering stallion pauses within the alley before them, large form so easily having blocked the single and only exit from this narrow path as he does, the cold, storm filled air so readily teasing at his skin and only further adding to his own unique powers as he regards the peer before him, violet gaze peering beneath the lashings of forelock that fall atop them.

Because he would have tortured her, because he deserved the death he got and it was her right to deliver it to him- she just needed a little push to help her find her spine.

The words remain cold, smooth, frosted as the man himself is in name, another soft exhale released as he shifts his weight upon three legs alone- managing to appear callous, even within his equine form as he reclines in this manner, forever calm, the creature so entirely difficult to fluster as those violet eyes rest upon the sheltering fox beneath the bulk of the wolf. Such a strange creature she was, this Alexis, so entirely....potent when she chose to be and yet she continued to huddle behind her pathetic little façade of meekness. Perhaps he had been too soft upon her the first time he had given her a lesson, the girl so much more entertaining when she was pushed to the very limit of her being. Shame she was so content to squander herself in such a way. Pathetic creature. It was almost as if she enjoyed being weak, useless...nothing. Such a waste of potential. As for this mention of his kissing her, well, he would be only to pleased to do so much more if she allowed it, the Alexis he had drawn from between the gaps of her weakened façade a far more....alluring creature then the one before him- though upon this, for now, he remains silent.

Oh come now Alexis, baby, it was hardly all that bad. Life isn't easy, it isn't pretty, I merely showed you that. I showed you exactly what you could be and what you are entirely capable of if you only try and wasn't it just a little bit......intoxicating?

He knows it was, he knows entirely what it was she had felt in those few moments in which she had forfeited her fear and control to be something other than the foolish creature she paraded as. He had merely let her have a little taste of power, shown her how to unlock it even though such a thing had so noticeably terrified her. A little fear was healthy, why not let her feel afraid? Why not see how far she could be pushed? I soft chuckle of sorts manages to find it's way from his throat, the sound...bizarre from such a creature and yet the lyrics remained so cool and smooth with every offered tone as his gaze falls upon the women once more.

Now tell me, Alexis, have you given my offer any more thought, hmm? Or should we have another lesson? You can leave Raven- you have no place here.

He had warned her already of what would become of her beloved companions if she continued to defy him, Raven merely an unfortunately convenient coincidence this evening and one he has so far been content to ignore before offering her this single chance to be out of his sight. His tail lashes up and against his sides now like the crack of a whip, voice holding a different note this time, laced with that own unique power given to Alpha's alone- testing it's effect upon the fox now.

Come here, Aleixs and you better come on your knees- or I'll put you on them. You know I will.

He desires her submission to him and her compliance, alone with Raven's removal from this scenario else he is entirely content to show them both why testing his patience is such a....precarious thing to do.
