Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Sterling could hardly deny the simple fact that he was decidedly anxious, despite the return of his own memories and those that too seemed to fill the mind of his lover. There was so much that was standing between them, so many words they'd both left unsaid and though Henry reassured him that, for the moment, everything was going to be entirely okay, Sterling found himself still fretting. He remembered now, how upset Henry had been when he had returned from that place to Kat's apartment. God, he remembered it all now and all those emotions that were so associated with their past too came rushing back towards him. He felt that love he'd once had for the man compound with his own present desires. He felt that desperateness to ensure Henry understood how terrible he'd felt about the whole affair that laid behind him. And he felt that fear at the thought that Henry might decide that this was not what he had wanted after all. A small simper so traced Sterling's lips as Henry admitted that he had, perhaps, found himself too comfortable living side by side the man. They had done so for nearly a year, in Henry's luxurious Manhattan flat.

It was the sound of a door opening and closing somewhere above them that saw a small frown cross Sterling's features, the man's gaze glancing upwards towards the ceiling. They needed to move, especially with Henry's current state of undress. His concern, however, was interrupted by that soft chuckle from the man in his lap, the boy's bright blue eyes glancing downwards at his lover. He could hardly deny that touch of ruby that so crossed his cheeks, a nearly bashful glimpse crossing his features. "Well,I mean...I...." His voice trailed off for a moment, the man still trying to balance the peculiarities of his memories together vs the months they'd spent as mere roommates, with Sterling entirely forced to keep his hands to himself.. "You're in no state for anything like that, Henry." Sterling uttered softly in the end. He glanced up as he heard those feet start to come down the stairs, his attention turning entirely to getting Henry back in the safety of their apartment.

He watched as his companion nodded ever so slightly and yet, in that moment, Sterling would have agreed to any demand Henry would have had. He nodded mutely at the man's request to ignore the prospect of shifting and what the man was now, knowing well Henry didn't believe him in the slightest. It made him nervous, knowing that, but Sterling still found himself giving in, letting his body be used in whatever way Henry saw fit as the man so lifted himself upwards. The warlock rushed to help his companion, one arm fitting around Henry's waist as his other tried to keep the blanket where it was around Henry's waist at least - after all, he had no idea who was coming down those stairs. Thankfully, their own apartment was only on the second floor and so, with some careful finagling, Sterling managed to get his companion back into the comfort of their own apartment.
