Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

HENRY, there's half a moon peekin' down at us

That idle comment his lover had made within the park had brought little more than a smirk to his features. He remembered well what it felt like to be the object of Henry's attention, though electricity was hardly the word he'd used to describe it. It was the words of another, he knew, but then again Sterling had known well Henry had held many lovers before and during himself. Still he tried not to dwell on such a thought, instead merely content to observe and become enraptured within those plants that Henry had so found just for his own benefit. How much he so adored the man for putting such effort into their date! In fact, it certainly served to show Sterling exactly how much Henry had so loved him and it was only natural he'd wanted to show that in return. He was all too aware of Henry's hands upon his waist, drawing him closer against his body. The feeling alone was enough to send butterflies fluttering through his heart. His lips had brushed with such a frenzy against Henry's own, attempting to show the man exactly how he felt, his own body so thoroughly reacting in kind to the excitement he could feel stirring within his lover's jeans.

Still, it was the shudder of the rain against his skin that eventually caused him to break away, offering Henry a rather sheepish smile before he turned to lead the man without a word spoken down the streets of their neighborhood and back towards his dingy little flat. He hardly cared about the slow pace, the coldness only sending him lingering closer towards his companion as the rain continued to pour without reprieve. As much as he loved those moments they'd spent within that garden and on their date, a part of him was entirely relieved to see their building looming in front of them. After all, they did live together - this hardly had to be the end of their evening, did it? His gaze shifted towards Henry, his head leaning slightly against the man's shoulder for a brief moment as they neared their building, so relishing in that closeness that he had with his companion. He shifted from that position only at the entrance to the building, the man shuddering as they stepped into the cool air of the apartment. He led the way upstairs, fishing the keys from the depths of his soaked jeans in the process.

It took him a moment to pull the key out and stick it into the lock, in mere moments the pair was striding back into the darkness of their cold flat, that coldness still lingering even here. "We could get a fire going?" Sterling inquired, glancing back at Henry for a moment. Fires were romantic were they not? And what better way than to continue this date nestled in each other's arms in front of one? Of course, the only thing better then that was doing so without clothes but...he knew well that was pressing both of their luck. His resolve in this whole waiting game was quickly waning with each glimpse of affection Henry basked upon him. How he so wanted to just...be Henry's again. He wanted to just forget everything else and belong solely to that blond millionaire playboy. If only Henry knew the effect he so had upon him.
