Hawethorn Village

Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

God I Want to Dream Again

Usually on a typical day I took care of the horses at the stables I fed them, gave them new water, and cleaned their stables. I would look over the schedule and see who would be able to get out of the stable and work on a lesson or not. The ones that were not allowed out I would let them out in the training center, giving them a chance to walk about or run. Sometimes I'd even groom them if I had enough time. It wasn't fair that some weren't able to be let out. My God, if I had to be a horse all the time and not be allowed out of my stable I would go nuts! After my time with the horses I would head on over to the Ark and drop off a muffin or a breakfast pastry for the Were King. I've been doing it for months now. At first I snuck into the Ark and slipped into his bedroom leaving him a plate or a basket of something tasty. Once I was caught by their watchdog, a woman with curly hair and pretty large scars on her face, I had to explain myself. No, I wasn't a spy for Frost. No, I wasn't trying to kill Tetradore. Once all that was settled she became a rather important ally in my quest to leave the Were-King a tasty treat. We've gotten along so well that at times if I was running late, or I was unable to leave him a treat, she would do it on my behalf. Then after making a visit to his bedroom, I would head on over to the café and work. So, nothing quite special.

While I was mopping the floor I was interrupted by a familiar sound of my boss saying something to catch my attention. Dumping my mop into the bucket I listen to him tell me that I have tomorrow off. How the hell am I supposed to have tomorrow off? Already I had two girls telling me they weren't coming tomorrow. Both claimed they were sick. Which was a fucking lie, because some stupid popstar was having his concert tonight, and those two girls were talking nonstop about what they were going to do, or wear, and lord only knows what else. The reason why I was supposed to not come into work today? He simply said I'd find out tomorrow. What the hell was that supposed to mean? I have no idea what I'm supposed to expect today. The only time I had today was to take care of the horses. Thankfully I managed to clean myself up well for whatever sort of surprise I had today. I already got a text message from the wolf telling me that Tetradore's breakfast was delivered. Awesome. Today is already looking to be a pretty good day. I mean, I don't have to go to work. Any day not going to work is an awesome day.

After eating my breakfast I clean up my dish, listening to the sound of the door being knocked. With a sigh I set the clean dishes on the counter and head out to slip my shoes on. Opening the door I see a familiar sight. There was the auburn haired woman that Alexander informed me one, and only once, that I ought to be nice to her. Nice, why? I have no idea why the old King wished for me to be nice to this woman, but I don't think he's the kind of guy you can say no to. I mean, I'm fairly certain the man became known quite well taking things that didn't necessarily belong to him, and look at the people that told him no, they were erased from the history books. With a curt nod I step out of my home and lock the door efficiently behind me, before following her down the steps to the very pretty car sitting on the street. So, this was the reason why he felt so inclined to tell me to not come into work. So, what sort of trip was this going to be? What were we going to do? Please God not training, I have no interest of breaking my body into my horse form. Heading towards the front passenger seat I settle myself inside, making sure my tone remained friendly, positive.

"Alex didn't tell me I had today off was because of you. So, what did you have in store for today? Are we doing some sort of training again?"
