Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Amelia couldn't wait to marry Troy. She wanted to be his wife now, but that would not be possible. Well, it could be possible but Amelia wanted to have the beautiful gown, the perfect ceremony, and the five course dinner at the reception. She wanted all of that for her first and only marriage and none of that could be arranged quickly. She had offered him several possible dates, both of which were equally as pleasing to her.

However, her excitement seemed to drop momentarily as he mentioned waiting until next year. A whole year?!?!?!?! How did he possibly expect her to wait an entire year to call him husband. However, as he began to explain why, she began to understand him. He wanted to bring their daughter into their wedding. As much as she wanted her daughter to be a part of this big milestone in her mother and father's lives, was it smart? "Will it be safe?" After all, Amelia didn't want anything to happen to Tenley. Having her openly part of their wedding would be sharing her to the whole world. Was the world ready for her? Was she ready for the world?

But instead of letting fears rule her life, she took a deep breath. And with the air that left her lungs, so did her fears and worries. They would figure something out. Troy would never let anything happen to her or Tenley. That thought alone brought her comfort. His arms wrapped around her and as her body fell against his chest, she relaxed in his strong embrace. "I'm not even sure I could wait until tomorrow if our wedding was then." As he turned her around, she wrapped her arms around his neck and met his kisses with some of her own. "I just want to call you husband, now!" She laughed lightly as she released her hold on him and headed for the closet to finish dressing.

Eyes did not miss the way he walked across their room dressed in absolutely nothing. Amelia couldn't help but wolf call towards him, growling softly when he was within earshot of the soft sound. It was taking a lot of restraint to not join him and rip her own clothes off in the process too.

When he finally joined her on the bed, he was quick to stroke her thigh, his fingers pressing all the right buttons. She had to stifle a moan as her lip caught between her teeth. At his suggestion, she chuckled. "What would you like to do? Are you hungry?" She could easily have the cook mix him up something to eat. They could watch a movie, shoot some pool, or go on a walk. Hell, they could even be adventurous and go to a bar or club. They had the whole night to themselves.
