Anacosta Heights
Dupont Circle
Hawethorn Village
River Dale

Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Wake up to your dreams
And watch them come true

The twins were far too preoccupied with Scarlett's return and the bags that she had brought to notice the newcomer. It was just as well until the intention of the woman had been evaluated. Nadya did offer her a nod of acknowledgement and small polite smile though Malia's description of the form of her Were had her raised a brow, "Oh?" She didn't get any further comments out on it as Frost had descended the stairs. Nadya appreciated how quick he was in checking Abigail over and letting her know that Malia hadn't been deceived in bringing someone dangerous home.

That little bit of reassurance relaxed the subtle tension in her body, the warmth returning to her features as she regarded Scarlett once more. She couldn't help the giggle that escaped watching Scarlett playfully admonish the twins for their rummaging. Any shopping bag they wanted to check inside to see what goodies had been brought home. Their faces lit up when they were handed first the plush animal then the bubble gun. "You can play with those outside later." Nadya warned from Izzy attempting to figure out how to open it. Izzy huffed but flopped on the ground next to her brother to simply clutch the plush animal to her chest.

Nadya's eyes lit up at the present Scarlett presented her. "Oh it's beautiful, Scar, thank you." She happily hugged the girl once more before fidgeting the bracelet onto her wrist. She watched silently as Scarlett handed over everyone's gifts, even providing Abigail with an extra container of sweets. Scarlett had always been overly friendly and it was what had broken through Nadya's hesitancy in the beginning. Despite Malia's seemingly stand-offish behavior, Nadya placed a brief reassuring hand to Scarlett's arm before she launched into her tales of travel. The twin's gaze were glued on her even if they didn't know any of the places Scarlett was talking about.

At the mention of a pack trip at the end, Nadya glanced towards Frost in curiosity. She wasn't opposed to travel seeing as Scarlett's idea was solely relaxation than what Frost and her had traveled for. "I think Disneyland would be fun for the twins." It was her only suggestion. "I haven't traveled here in the country much. When I found out about my brother I didn't have to travel far before I ran into him so didn't see all the places you did." It had been like fate had kept the siblings near each other all along...yet circumstances had torn them apart once found too. At least she could talk about it without her heart stinging anymore.

The break from story time had let Izzy begin to fidget and finally fully notice the newcomer. She wiggled from her spot to approach Abigail and hold up her stuffy. "I got present. It just like me. You like us?"
