Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Ashes to Ashes

How silly her pet was. Anna couldn't help the laughter that fell from her lips as the red pandas nose dipped into the sweet frosting, the creature's attempt to get it off equally as entertaining. It seemed cupcakes were perhaps not her pet's forte so Anna fished out another strawberry from her dress pocket and offered that instead. "If we're going to the park then you need a bag."

Anna left Abigail to finish her strawberry and raided the pantry for a bag suitable for her pet. She couldn't be carried in just anything of course. The little vampire emerged from the pantry with a large canvas bag, stripped and so bright no one could miss it. "We can use this one." Anna declared in her successful hunt and held the bag open for approval. Abigail's squeak could only be meant in approval, even looking excited at the idea as far as Anna could tell. This delighted Anna more than she would say aloud. She waited with difficulty for the panda to finish her treat so they could head out to the park.

The moment that Abigail headed for the edge of the island, Anna quickly opened up the bag, aiding her pet inside. "There." Anna smiled warmly as she adjusted the bag onto her shoulder in such a way that her pet could stick her head out if she so pleased. Once Anna was satisfied with the bag she delayed no further and headed out of the manor once more.

With her pet in tow it was easy to ignore all others they passed by. It was surely an odd sight, a little girl carrying a bag with an exotic animal peering out but there were many oddities in the city that the community had perhaps gotten used to seeing. At least with her pet she wasn't tempted to deviate from her path to the park in order to feast on any passing humans. "There it is!" Anna exclaimed suddenly, bouncing on the balls of her feet as she pointed to the play structure ahead that finally came into view. She could not help her excitement and sped into a run the rest of the way, coming to stop at the base of that massive 2-3 story rope jungle gym where the only logical way down was one of the 2 slides on either side. "It almost feels like flying when you go down the slide." Anna beamed down at her pet. "Ready?"
