Anacosta Heights
Dupont Circle
Hawethorn Village
River Dale

Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Wake up to your dreams
And watch them come true

It had been a long time indeed since Nadya had been pregnant with the twins but the memories of those days seemed like just yesterday. She remembered those cravings and the sickness that was anything but reserved for mornings. How both jealous and sympathetic she was to the woman's predicament in that moment. Now though was hardly the time nor place to bring up the subject of her and Frost's attempts at conceiving being unsuccessful thus far. Nadya's attention turned briefly to her children to send them upstairs. Izzy's fight against it expected yet thankfully easily dissuaded. Such uncertain conversation was not suited for their ears.

Nadya left Edie briefly in order to bring back a wet cloth for the woman to clean herself. "She keeps me on my toes. She's a lot like her father too though thankfully never got his biting habit." She settled back on her perch, allowing Edie to wipe the blood from herself and thus giving Nadya a better idea on the extent of the wounds. It seemed like they were just cuts and scrapes and nothing serious. Anything internal though...Nadya was sure an expectant mother would appreciate that sureness. In that thought, Nadya extended her hand for Edie's own, offering her healing ability to the fellow mother. Her lips fell softly to Edie's hand, that healing ability lacing through Edie to stitch up anything internal it might find before she released her hand once more. "If anything was out of place...it would be fine now. If you want though I can take you to my doctor. She's good and takes walk-ins." It would never hurt to let Edie see an ultrasound either to be further satisfied at its wellbeing.

Edie's question on Kato's life though was another thing entirely. Nadya pursed her lips slightly. "I think it's too early to tell and no use in upsetting you and the baby right now. You should get some rest." Her gaze flickered to the clock on the wall. "I don't know when Frost will be back." Or even if he'd be back before dark as she never questioned him on those unknown outings he took. "I'm sure he'd be ok with you staying here. I can bring down some bedding and make up the couch for you. When was the last time you ate something?" She took the dirty cloth from Edie and with a softer tone added, "...I think you'll both be holding your baby before you know it." Hope would at least get Edie through the uncertain time.
