Anacosta Heights

Hawethorn Village
River Dale

Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Wake up to your dreams
And watch them come true

Nadya knew Frost had told her to stay out of fae matters but, really, did he honestly think she could when it concerned a child? The young woman had happily opened her classes for Maeve to try for the day. It was clear the fae child shined in the ballet class, having that grace born of her species, but her happy persistent attitude trying the others made Nadya smile. Maeve would go far in dance with that attitude. While the students and parents filed out for the night, Nadya sent a text to Sebastian's cell phone. At least what she hoped was still his number. She requested his ear along with Dorian's on an important matter...too important for a phone call...and could they meet tonight. It was perhaps a long shot but she tucked her cell into her purse and changed into her street clothes.

"You'll be fine, he's old fashioned, literally a blast from the past which means he won't be rude to you. Manners are pretty much his thing." Nadya shrugged at the nearly long distant memory she had of that strange fae. Though if Sebastian married him than she knew he was safe enough. "Are you hungry?" Nadya gathered her things into one arm as she motioned for Maeve to follow her from the studio. "I know a really good cafe we can get a bite to eat before seeing my friend." There was still some time before complete nightfall which Nadya knew if she still had the right number Sebastian wouldn't be replying until then.

Once she had ensured Maeve was well fed and had received a text from Sebastian with his address, she ushered Maeve back into her car. Of course the royal couple was in the swanky part of the city, noting the increasingly large manors and sprawling lawns. When she had first met Sebastian he had been living in a hotel room. How things have changed for him...for both of them. Nadya slid up into the driveway then helped Maeve from the backseat, keeping a reassuring hand on her shoulder as they walked up to the door. "Don't be scared but my friend Sebastian, he's a vampire, he's not like the ones who attack you though. He won't hurt you, I promise. Both of them are really nice, you'll see." Nadya smiled warmly at the fae child before ringing the doorbell.

It only took a few moments before the door opened though it wasn't either of the faces she expected. Nadya raised a brow slightly. Of course they'd have a butler. "We're here to see Sebastian. He's expecting me." The man glanced before the two before waving them in and leading the pair into manor.
