Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Chizue was well aware that she was atypical, at least, as far as her species went. She knew most of her kind required the life force of other's to survive, their very fangs meant for this endeavor and so, it hardly perturbed her in the slightest that Damon desired far more than the usual menu served at the dinner they presently sat in. After all, those people that surrounded them were as much victims to her as they were to him, even if it was in a different manner. Her hand rose, the girl effortlessly flicking aside his concern as she insisted there was surely something to be found here. Chizue hardly balked at that challenge as she might once have, her focus entirely upon caring for both of their needs. It was with this in mind that the young woman reached up to gesture their waitress towards the table, her menu snuggled in her fingers. She hardly paused as she listed off her desires, the girl's chocolate eyes fluttering over the menu as she ordered for them both. The surprised look upon the poor waitress' face equally failed to perturb the woman, Chizue merely beaming up at the mortal as she handed her back the laminated menu. The printed pictures of food, however, was hardly all the Asian had perused, however, the woman equally as attentive to the waitress herself as she watched their server disappear towards the kitchen.

It was the very suggestion that their waitress might be utterly delectable that seemed to prompt surprise within her companion. Inquisitively, her chocolate eyes turned towards him, watching the way in which he too studied her. Chizue was utterly oblivious to his hesitation to indulge in his own bloodlust, much less the fragility he still saw when he looked into the depths of her darkened irises. That soft sigh upon his lips, however, caused her head to tilt curiously to the side. Perhaps the waitress was not to his liking then? Her brows furrowed ever so slightly as she watched her companion, noting the way his own attention turned to follow their server. That lazy smile upon Damon's features, however, only prompted a fresh grin upon her own before Chizue's head bobbed quite firmly. "I would like to have my pancakes first if you don't mind." She responded, kicking her feet in an almost childlike manner. "Especially if you end up making everyone run away." That she was hardly troubled that she nearly invited Damon to create a scene should have, perhaps, been concerning and yet, such fear simply failed to have a grip upon the girl whatsoever - her focus entirely upon the thought of pancakes and coffee. Little else, it seemed, proved to matter at all.
