Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

He was looking forward to this dinner in a whole new way. Having his brother back was more than he could ever ask for, but to know his brother was happy and had already found someone to love and start a family with....that made things ten times better. Ironic maybe that he'd fallen for Sam, someone Troy himself had history with, but that was in the past. His feelings for her had morphed into something more becoming of a brother than a lover. He was truly happy for his brother and her. Now, he wanted to share in that happiness with the two best things that had ever happened to him: Amelia and Tenley.

He had no doubt that Amelia would like his brother. No one ever seemed to have a problem with Kit. He was charming and likable, shy and awkward. Who couldn't like him? And he was sure Amelia and Sam would find things to talk about. Her impending pregnancy, for one. Since Amelia knew a little something about that, as rare as that was for a vampire, they should have plenty to talk about.

He heard Amelia asking a question from the bathroom, he turned his head from where he was checking out the window for the fourteenth time. If anything, he was impatient to set eyes on Kit again. It was still hard to believe he was really here sometimes. He ran a hand through his hair as he let out a breath. "We said eight o'clock. I'm sure you'll look stunning." He added with a knowing smirk. He headed back into the bedroom about the same time as she was stepping in. His hazel eyes moved up and down her figure appreciatively, letting out a wolf whistle as his eyebrows wiggled.

"I can tell them to stall another hour or so if you want..." His voice trailed off suggestively and he gave a sly wink before coming up behind her to watch her put on her jewelry. As she asked after their daughter, Troy smiled and reached out to gently pull her hair to one shoulder before leaning in to kiss the newly free one. "Yeah, she was having a blast when I left, making Vicki play princess of the castle with her." He smirked a little, thinking about it. His little girl was growing up so fast. His hands rested on her shoulders for a moment as he straightened up and he scowled for a moment.

"I can feel the tension in your shoulders, sweetheart. It's going to be okay." He assured her as he rubbed her shoulders gently.
