Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

the sharpest lives are the deadliest to lead

Every single aspect of the apartment had been seen to - from the dishes that now lined the cabinets to the extra towels folded ever so neatly in the linen closet. After all, it was easy to house shop for the girl who had nothing - not that he had been the one to do the shopping in the first place. Despite the wealth he had come into, some habits still died hard for the man. This, however, was one large exception, for Sam alone, he made the extra effort to purchase something. The bill had taken a bit to swallow but, hell, if he was going to spend his evenings anywhere, he certainly didn't want to spend it on a lumpy, uncomfortable, torn futon. Though it'd been some time since he'd been cursed to lay on such a "mattress" in the first place. With Samantha's new roommate, the small apartment she called home wasn't particularly hospitable to time as a couple, if that's what they were. Their status as a couple had, to this point, been little more than sharing a bed to sleep and a few, occasionally shared kisses. And yet - here he was, gifting her all of this. His emerald gaze scanned the rafts of the industrial apartment as he laid on his back on the sofa, a yawn settled on his lips.

Two nights ago he'd made the terrible mistake of losing a bet to his companion which resulted in a day conceding his status of Alpha and thus a full, nearly 24 hours in which he was forced by their rules to allow Tobias to coerce him into any notion that crossed the deviant's brain. To be frank, he'd spent the whole day running around catching bubbles and playing games till far too late in the night. At the very least, he supposed, he'd likely have a few hours till Samantha made her way to her new home. He supposed he could nap in that time, her bed did look rather comfortable....but then he'd have to redo the sheets....ugh, that took effort. It was with this thought in mind that Tetradore heard the sound of rapping on the door, his body abruptly sitting up with confusion. It was rather early for it to be Samantha, wasn't it? There was a brief look of confusion on his features as his eyes sought the clock ticking on the wall in the kitchen and yet, he hardly lingered long. Instead, his bare feet padded across the wooden floors, making his way towards the door only to open it a moment later.

Ah, and there she was. "I didn't think you'd arrive so soon, come in." He gestured past him, allowing the girl entrance into the open space only to close the door behind her. His hands fit within his pockets as he watched her, unable to help the small bit of nervousness that settled within his stomach. In truth, it wasn't often that Tetradore gave gifts to the objects of his interest, though, when he did, he tended to go all out. Hopefully though, this went better then the potion bottle he'd given Isolt. At the very least this wouldn't end with a smoking vampire he had to rescue. "What do you think of it?" He inquired, wanting to know her thoughts on the place before he admitted that it was hers to keep. After all, if she hated it, he merely didn't have to give it, he could explain it away with any myriad of excuses. It all rested on her.
