South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

As of late, his vampire mistress had been letting him off his proverbial leash, sending him within the city limits for whatever errands she had in mind. Recently, he'd been too tired of his own life to disobey her, those few things he had to fight for almost entire wiped from existence. The memory of Nadya's judging gaze made him shy away from his sister, baring the brunt of Risque's anger at Tobias continued escape attempts had made the man much too tired to even bother playing with whatever misguided antics the boy had and the turning of the red headed Isolt and her continued stares of hate laced with fear made it hard to deny that he was exactly what Risque had made him out to be. Tonight's mission was supposed to be easy, but the easy ones often turned into nightmares before he knew it. The tranquilizer dart had hit it's target true, despite Tetradore's efforts to loose his sudden pursuers. One had hardly been enough to bring down the were panther but it was enough to slow him and that had led to several more being shot into his hide. He vaguely remembered the irritation that laced his mind before he was lost to the oblivion, before his feline figure hit the ground.

For what felt like an eternity, he swam amongst the darkness, fighting to return to the waking world that was so out of his grasp. He knew he needed to return to reality but every effort he seemed to make on that front was for naught - that was until the sterile smell of alcohol entered his snout, making his nose twitch in distaste. Slowly, his heavy lids lifted to reveal a pair of striking emerald eyes. For a brief moment, the panther stayed still, taking stock of his surroundings before showing that he was indeed, awake. He could hear the muffled voices, clearly catching the tail end of a conversation with the prospect of "breeding" and a "wolf". Despite such ridiculous notions, Tetradore chose to remain still and silent, freely biding his time till he could make his escape. He could hear the retreat of footsteps down the hall way before the sound of a movement far too close for comfort. He could hear the jostling of chains and then, the gnawing of teeth on leather. With a soft disgruntled groan, the were panther slowly shifted, his head turning in the direction of the sound to stare at the strangely hued female just out of his reach. He could tell almost immediately that she was not a natural bred wolf. Her markings were too bizarre to be 'normal' in any sense. His gaze traced the woman's movements, falling on the leash that bound her to her spot before seeking out the one that he too surely held.

For a brief moment, his intelligent gaze inspected the piece of leather before he pulled abruptly in the opposite direction, testing the material's strength and ability to bind him into place. The leather held strong, clearly intended for his species but certainly not ready for the likes of him. The acidic taste invaded the small bumps upon his tongue as his mouth bit upon the leather, covering the material in his acidic saliva. He could feel it giving way, the leather bits fraying within his mouth. It took only a few seconds before the leash snapped, setting the were panther free of whatever binds they thought could hold him. He pulled away from his tether, all together ignoring the collar still strapped to his neck. Tetradore was all too used to the feel of something binding him to place that it's presence was almost second nature to him.

With a fluid motion, the man prowled towards the door way, giving the wolf a wide berth. In truth, he had little interest in her, expecting her presence would only slow down his escape. However, the words of his captor still lingered within his brain, echoing with thoughts of continuing their captured creatures line. Inwardly, the man sighed, hardly capable of leaving the wolf in a situation that was arguably just as bad as the one he had with his mistress. His gaze shifted from her to his escape route and back, watching her attempts to get rid of the leash that bound her. He paced with slow, cautious movements towards the lupine, pausing at the leash only to bite down upon the leather, getting as far away from her as possible. With his saliva at work, it hardly took long before she too was free and Tetradore was back upon his quest to escape - with or without her.
