South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

we built this city on broken glass

One violet eye arched neatly upwards at the younger boys ready joke about 'size' Frost near inclined to forget just how entirely ridiculous young boys could be and yet he made little comment on it. The stallion merely allowing his gaze to shift towards the other young man at that insistence their father liked to pretend Nadya had never laid with a man. A prospect Frost found entirely delusional if only for the notion Nadya had given Robert and Cynthia two grandchildren. Robert, he had decided, was an unusual sort of man. A good man at his core and yet one prone to attempting to believe what he would rather hear than any stark reality. Frost easily moved to follow his girlfriend back into the house then, the murmured whispers between the women so eventually resulting in that fruit salad making its way to the table, its appearance one the rest of the men seemed suitably content to blame him for. Frost hardly inclined to flinch away from those staring eyes. Indeed, he was entirely used to being judged in every sense. The critical gaze of two boys and a man unimpressed with the one and only food upon that table unlikely to give them heart disease was hardly off any great concern. Robert's blunt words prompting that lift off his violet gaze again and yet Frost remained decidedly placid in every sense. Even if his own wholly dominant, Alpha blood, was nearly inclined to rise to the mans challenge. Frost so instead merely choosing to state his preference for other foods rather than admit he declined meat entirely.

Robert, for his part, seemed willing enough to accept that very answer as Frost continued with his own meal. His thoughts shifting once more back to that very task that lay ahead of Nadya and himself and yet he hardly allowed his thoughts to progress for too terribly long. His desire to make at least some sort of impression on these people for Nadya's sake seeing him query those pack numbers in some attempt to display an interest even if the size of that pack meant little to him in turn. In the very least it seemed as if Micah and Isabella would be safe here. Enough to allow Nadya's thoughts not to linger on them to terribly much. Not when he needed her mind so firmly on the journey ahead. Frost's head nodded readily to that story he was offered of those growing numbers. Roberts pack far larger than his own and yet far smaller than those Werehorse herds he had grown up within. The stallion continuing with his meal then, Nadya's far quieter demeanor hardly missed and yet Cynthia too had so seemingly noticed her daughters change in behaviour. Frost content to afford mother and daughter that chance to speak without his own interruption. The war horse assured he had a very good idea of just that thoughts turned within his girlfriend's mind all the same before Nadya announced they should surely be leaving.

He rose easily from his own place at the table, his head simply nodded to Robert and the other boys in turn before moving to follow Nadya out, Frost paused briefly at Micah first and then Isabella, the stallion offering them those goodbyes even if they failed to understand the importance off them all the same. The equine easily followed Cynthia and Nadya out of that front door then, Frost content to wait on that driveway while Mother and Daughter said those goodbyes. The manner in which Cynthia glanced over Nadya's shoulder towards him hardly missed and yet he had failed to anticipate this mention of 'Mason'- or Nadya's desire to 'catch up' with him later. The vaguest flicker of some tendril of emotion brushing his features as Nadya took his hand and they headed for the car. Frost opening that passenger side door for her.

"Who is Mason?"

That question, it seemed, was one uninclined to wait as he made his one way around to that driver's seat. That nod of his head offered to Cynthia in turn as he shifted that car into reverse to pull out of the driveway and back onto the road. Frost content to remain silent for several moments if only to allow Nadya to....remember that house in case it was the last time they saw it. The Icelandic man himself uninclined to allow such emotions to find him and yet he was far more used to.....this then Nadya surely was. That car easily picking up speed as they found the freeway once more.

"The airport may prove a little challenging. I am on several 'no-fly' lists and if my name is scanned it will alert a number of Hunter-based authorities I hardly care to deal with. I will have to change my appearance when we get there to match the fake passport I have. You will have to be diligent in not calling me 'Frost' in anyone's hearing range. I have done this before, don't worry, it will be fine."

Why he offered her that assurane he hardly knew and yet a part of him simply sought to reassure her all the same. That simple care he had for the woman inclining him to do just that. The airport, in the least, was hardly too terribly far away from Cynthia and Roberts, that car ride taking only another hour or so before they finally arrived. Frost easily parking that car only to shift from the driver's seat and hand Nadya her luggage. His own, single bag tossed easily over his shoulder. Frost long since having perfected that art of travelling entirely light and without even a single bag to check in. The stallion easily led the way into that international airport then, Frost pausing beside that first set of bathrooms then with that insistence he would be back in a moment. That new, fake passport was fished from his pocket the moment that stall door was closed, Frost eyeing it for several long seconds before reaching for that affinity for illusion he commanded so effortlessly. That near stark white hair was shifted into a dark mahogany brown, his skin appearing decidedly more tanned, his violet eyes fading to a dark blue grey and his very height appearing to increase by several inches. In the very least he appeared strikingly similar to that portrait on his paperwork. Frost emerging from that bathroom several moments later to find Nadya again, his hand reaching out to touch her arm.

"It's alright, Naja. It's me. Although you should properly refer to me as Elliot until we are on the plane at least. Apparently that is my name."

It was amusing, in some fashion, to see Nadya's hair so decidedly blonde while his own had taken on that mahogany brown look that so normally belonged to his girlfriend. The pair having near swapped those hair colours in some sense. Frost gestured easily towards that check in then. The stallion content to keep Nadya busy without allowing her to fret or worry over just what they were undertaking just yet. After all, no one was adapt at singling out nervous passengers then airport security. Frost content to keep moving in that efficient, direct manner. That customs and immigration line was decidedly long, the pair forced to snake their way through until they reached that counter. Frost handing over his own illegal, counterfeit paperwork and passport as the woman at the desk begun to to go through them. The war horse decidedly good at so keeping his features neutral, as if he were simply bored. Those minutes passing as the woman glanced at that passport photo and Frost himself.

And why are you leaving the country today?
"To see family."
Where are you travelling to?
"Iceland."

That long pause continued before the woman so finally waved him through, Frost passing through that security screening to wait for Nadya on the other side. The woman seeming quite content to question Nadya for several moments on that change in her hair colour- her appearance vastly different from her passport photo and yet, eventually, Nadya herself passed through those security checks. Frost reaching to take her hand.

"You did well."

He offered simply. Nadya herself, after all, had hardly broken any laws. The woman travelling on her own real passport and yet Frost had organised several fake passports for that return journey for Nadya herself, just in case the Hunter Council in Iceland was reluctant to let them leave the country.
"We have about an hour until the plane leaves, do we need to go through any plans again?"
