South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

her eyes hold the apocalypse

South
She's a natural in disaster
The silence after and before
We're the ones she's chasing after
She's coming back for more

It still surprised Tamzin how normal this all felt to her, and she wondered if that meant something in the long run. It was true, they had a history together, and one that seemed to be ripped away from them too soon. The Dark Hunter wondered what would have happened if things had worked out differently in their lives. If Sera were never taken would she have ever become what she was now? Would they be still running around together trying to make a life for themselves? There were so many questions and no way to answer them, so the next best option was to just let herself relax for one night. What harm could it do?

Their bodies moving together to the sexual beat of the music felt normal to her, and she decided to not fight it anymore. A sigh passed her lips as her arms wrapped around Sera's waist once again, and she pulled her tightly against her own body. When her neck was touched she felt chills skitter down her spine and she bit down on her lower lip trying to fight everything she was feeling. Icy eyes locked with Sera's own as she looked at her, and once again a surprisingly genuine smile was given. Her lips were just a hair away from Sera's own and she closed her eyes briefly letting everything wash over her for a brief moment before she shoved it back down. One hand slid up Sera's body and she touched her chin gently turning their faces closer together. It was then she caught the male staring at them and she released Sera's face. A sigh passed her lips as her attention focused on him a moment longer.

Once again her gaze flickered back to her childhood friend and a weaker smile was given at the statement to let him watch. Classic Sera, she never cared who looked at them because they were always in a world of their own. Not many people understood the closeness they felt for each other, and it didn't take the duo long to just accept that. Even now she felt the remnants of those days and she wished with everything she could that things were different. This was the first time in years she hated who she was, and she wasn't sure where to put that. Thankfully the music changed to something more playful and she was able to place a small bit of distance between them. She felt herself giving into something she fought when they were kids, so the distance made it easier to resist. She would deal with all of this later as she nursed a hangover, because right now she made the final decision to enjoy.

Tamzin kept dancing her arms up in the air as she finally let the rhythm vibrate through her entire body. Bright eyes closed for a second as she tried to ignore every instinct screaming at her telling her to be aware of her surroundings. For once she didn't want to be on edge, for once she wanted to enjoy her life because she knew that in just a few hours it would be back to normal. She knew in just a few hours she would have to fully commit to finishing the job if she wanted to keep herself safe. Besides, she would be keeping Sera safe too; the woman wouldn't have to practice the craft that was forced on her. She'd be at peace, and repeating this to herself was the only way she would follow through on killing the person who knew her better than anyone.

Her bright eyes finally opened and she offered that genuine smile to Sera once again as she took a step closer to her. The urge to kiss the other woman had finally passed so she felt more comfortable with the closeness of their bodies. She reached out and grabbed the younger woman's hips and pulled her closer their bodies moving together. They were getting curious glances all over the place now, but the kicker was that the people giving them were people that were dangerous. That didn't even register right now though, and it would only prove to cause a problem later in the night.
