South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The ebony and grey she-wolf was giving the fox-girl a chance that she may not have received before. Perhaps the fox-girl was always smaller than the rest, having to overcome her own obstacles. Yet the she-wolf had decreased her size twice, allowing the scarlet fox the chance to be 'bigger.' The wolf, was the size of prey, small enough for the fox to hunt down, for indeed the wolf was the size of nothing more than a small little lap dog. Her once long lean legs were stumpy and so her speed wouldn't be that great nor her leaps ever so high. The wolf was giving the fox a fair advantage to win. It was something only a creature with a considerate mind was capable of and for now, she still had a grasp of her humanity within her mind. Running through the woods let out a few barks of joy as she attempted to run faster, a fast as her little stumpy legs could carry her form. It was rather difficult for her to cope with this sudden change. Yet she would not change her form into her normal size, for it would be far too easy to outrun her friend. Every now and then she would turn her head around to make sure the fox was following her. After all her friend was eerily too quiet. Bright blue-grey eyes would narrow as her pink tongue rolled out, panting as she tore through some of the small bushes. Aiming for the clearing she was hoping to hide in the tall grasses, wanting to use whatever advantage she could to keep the fox from finding her. Her movements may be swift and silent, but she was sure that with her new found small form she could hide from her.

As soon as she got to the edge she felt the other girl's cold nose reach her flanks. A high-pitched bark left the smaller wolf as she slammed her grey paws into the dirt attempting to force herself to slow down and turn. Yet the speed and her new found small legs, her will just couldn't be done. Instead the smaller wolf would tumble, over and over again until she landed on her grey back. Blue-grey eyes saw nothing but blue sky. Rolling back to her four grey paws she would shake off the loose dirt, watching the scarlet fox head through the tall grasses. Growling softly she would start to run after her. Yet it would seem the fox was quite agile and capable of moving through the long grasses without making a deep indention that showed where she was going. Seeing as how the skinny fox had much to her advantage, she decided she had enough of being some small cur.

Closing her eyes she would feel her bones start to shift once more as she returned to her normal size. Grey fluffy tail swayed back and forth with delight as she felt more familiar within this form. Barking with joy she would start to run through the tall grasses searching for the fox girl. Cold nose caught her scent, and she barreled through finding small traces of the red fox's paw prints in some of the damp soil. Following the trail she would arrive upon the fox girl, but she felt the trace of humanity start to leave her. That savage idea that fox could be prey began to tumble about in her twisted mind as she began to succumb to the edges of her feral mind. She was supposed to see the fox as a friend, but in her mind all she saw was prey. Her form would grow tense as her sleek form fell lower to the ground in a stalking manner. Growling softly her jaws would part and one paw would be raised high as if she meant to strike the fox, but the creature would stop herself. There was a high pitched whine as the she-wolf suddenly closed her jaws and began to move back, away from the fox shaking her head. Sadden whimpers came from the creature as she laid on the ground placing her paws over her eyes as she began to tremble from fear. Her garbled words would hold a sadden panic tone as it brushed towards fox-girl's mind.
