West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

The often indifferent man hardly makes any protest as Edie's hand so finds his own, her fingers intertwining with his in a fashion that was so decidedly new in every sense of the word- Frost content enough to lead the pair back towards the hotel in search of some escape from this possessive heat that seemed to plague the outdoors. Heat, perhaps, was one thing the man had never truly grown fond of. He had been born to snow and ice, named for that very chill, the sun often burning at his too-white skin, the man hardly designed for it in any sense. The lobby of the hotel alone was a relief, what little of those violet eyes could be seen turning towards Edie once more, the girl mentioning her African adventure for the first time since her return. The woman had chosen not to mention much of it, for whatever reason that was and Frost in turn had simply chosen not to ask. The man having lived with women long enough to know that prying achieved very little and indeed her business in this was entirely her own. He had been...displeased in some sense to have Kato so borrow his very beta without his consent and yet since the girl so proclaimed the hippopotamus to be her boyfriend the stallion had simply chosen to tolerate him and too- to so afford her every freedom to enjoy that relationship despite his own assurance it would hardly last.

Her relationships, he supposed, were hardly his concern in any sense and yet despite that often indifferent demeanour the stallion remained ever-aware of those around him. Kato was, he supposed, a decent enough man. Edie, in the least, had never returned home in a fit of tears from some ill treatment and yet from what little he knew of the man Frost had so inclined himself to believe exactly two things of him. Kato was impulsive in a reckless sense- prone to acting with only minimal thought or indeed being driven by emotion as Edie herself might so often do. Such a pairing hardly useful to his mind and indeed, Kato was....dull or so the stallion was inclined to believe and when compared to the veritable spitfire that Edie herself was. They were simply an unusual pairing and yet, once more, the man hardly makes any move to voice such thoughts- at least not on this. The business of others, at least in this respect, rarely held his attention.

"What did you do in Africa? Was there a purpose to this trip or was it merely for....pleasure."

One eye lifts ever so slightly at that final word, such a thing almost an innuendo- if not for the dry manner in which the words were so delivered, some hint of amusement lingering somewhere within that hidden simper perhaps as they make their way into the elevator and at last reach that penthouse suite- Frost moving to lead his companion into the room, releasing her hand to allow her to explore as he found his own place within that plush chair. It was rare, in some sense, for the Icelandic man to so spend money in any sufficient way and yet within the Vegas heat and to so maintain that ruse for tonight the man had spared little expense. It would pay off, in the end, of that he was assured. Any truly big profit so often gambled for. Edie's assurance that this was far better then the hut in Africa so saw one eye lift in some vague touch of curiosity before he found his Beta's legs so sprawled across his lap despite the endless other options for chairs. His eyes rolling softly at her endlessly flirtatious nature and yet in truth the man hardly found he minded in any real sense. There was, after all, something wholly enticing about a woman so bold- even if she was so apparently spoken for. Her words bringing the faintest of chuckles to his lips.

"Ah but Elskan, we already practised our kissing once. Surely you have not forgotten?"

That beneath the weight of the sheer amount of Brenivinn the woman had so consumed that night it was, Frost knew, entirely possible the girl remembered none of it, the man seeing little need not to so tease at her memory now as she lay her head against him. His own features falling into that expressionless look once more as he so seemed to consider his words, one hand lifting so suddenly, allowing his fingers grace her cheek in a touch almost oddly affectionate for the frequently cold man- tilting her head towards him before pressing his lips to her other cheek in a stolen kiss. A true and desperately rare moment of affection for perhaps the one being he truly called friend amongst a sea of others. A soft exhale following a moment later before he turns so effortlessly to focus upon the deck of cards within his hands once more.

"It is simple enough. We will get dressed shortly and head downstairs- we will play the happy couple and then you will begin to play a few of the games with a cheaper buy in. Be your usual self, flirtatious, charming and distracting until no one in the room is focused on me. I should be able to read the mind of every player there, knowing all the cards lets you make the right choices and if need be I can change the cards to our advantage. We will move steadily upward until we attract enough attention to join the high rollers. We need only one win there."

One win there would be more then enough to sufficiently make this trip worthwhile. Frost seeing no need yet to so inform his Beta of exactly the purse to be won.

"For now though- I recommend you catch up on the sleep I stole from you this morning. Oh- I need to know the location of every security camera you see as well. If anything brings us undone tonight it will be those cameras. How many have you seen since we arrived?"

He makes a move to stand now, one hand reaching up to unbutton the top button of his shirt alone, loosening it from around his neck with ease before he moves to step out of his shoes and lay himself upon the bed, arms folded behind his head now, gaze lingering upon Edie still from his reclining position. The other half of the bed left wholly vacant should his companion decide to rest as well.

"I have seen three in the lobby in the least."
