West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

i used to rule the world

seas would rise when i gave the word

It had been nearly two centuries since Alexander had made any effort to so actually date anyone, female or otherwise. He was decidedly out of practice, even more so considering the girl's unique species. The Dark Hunter knew well that her kind often preferred nature compared to those parties and wealth he was once so often able to coax those love interests with. Alexander scarcely knew if she would enjoy those peculiar colored lights and yet, he was willing to try. After all, it wasn't often he was gifted with any such time alone with the young woman at his side. He knew well if he so wished to coax her into his life, he would certainly have to put more time aside from the cafe he preoccupied himself with, not that he particularly opposed. The man was intently aware of the heat that seemed to radiate from her figure as she leaned against him, her hands nestled on his chest. Alexander offered her a small simper as he nodded, reaching up for her hand before he led her from the dark grimness of that alleyway and towards that Park that rested only several blocks away. The skies had already sufficiently darkened by the time his feet stepped upon that grass, the hour certainly late and yet it only served to make for a better viewing area for the natural phenomenon that had only just begun to flicker overhead.

He paused, his blue-green eyes turned upwards towards the sky. "I think...here..." He muttered softly before his attention turned towards the young woman at his side. It was perhaps curious that, despite the skies above, the park as a whole seemed rather empty, not that Alexander was one to complain terribly. At night this place was more often crawling with the supernatural that so abhorred him than anything else. Instead, Alexander was content to provide the young woman in front of him with the whole of his attention. "Alexis?" He inquired softly, drawing her form closer into him as his hands settled upon her waist. "Have you ever seen the Aurora Borealis? Usually you only get a glimpse of it further north but tonight is a particularly special night. I thought, perhaps, you might be willing to keep me company?" It was perhaps not his most brilliant effort but, within a city such as this, splendors of his age were decidedly few and far between.

His gaze settled upon the young woman, content to simply watch her for several moments while she offered him an answer and yet, he was still entirely taken by how lovely she was. Her very nature so seemed to call to him. Alexander was certainly bold when so afforded the chance and yet, to, there was a place for romance, the man nearly attempting to juggle both this very moment. "How would you feel..." He started in quiet consideration, "....about seeing me more often out of the cafe?" After all, beyond those designated times in which she was working at his side, Alexander had seen scarcely little of the woman since her return. It was a fact he was very well wishing to change, and one he too wished she was willing to oblige him in.
