West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

years I've walked in the coldest winds
from sorrow and pain I find my strength
the more I hurt, the clearer I see.

That scent had so clawed at him, even as he sipped that glass of whiskey. It bothered him, his inability to place that scent and, in turn, saw him linger far longer then perhaps he otherwise would have. He tried to focus on it, his thoughts shifting through those few individuals he'd attempted to court for his own pack and yet, still he found himself questioning it. In the end, it was that very absence of answers that saw Tetradore's gaze turn towards her, simply watching her for any indication that might help jog his memory. In truth, the man was entirely surprised with the fashion at which her gaze so steadily met his own, prompting him to rise and, in turn, cross that space between them. That glass dangled lackadaisical from his fingertips as he inquired as to whether or not they had met before. He had anticipated being disregarded entirely and, instead, she simply giggled at him. Tetradore's eyebrows rose ever so slightly as that girlish sound turned into an all out maniacal laughter, and yet, still, he hardly budged from that place in front of her table before he got the answers he was looking for. A soft sigh left his lips as he waited for those loud sounds to finally settle into mere snickering and, finally, Tetradore was given...something to work with.

His lips pressed together ever so slightly as she confirmed her identity, a small glimpse of displeasure nearly fluttered across his features. He remembered that spirited coyote well, the canine ever so determined to press him and pry at him and yet, the man had still found himself keeping her company all the same. His head shook from side to side ever so slightly. "I see you found your Alpha then." He muttered softly, that frown ever more present in that moment, "Damn, I was hoping you'd choose me." There was little point in not offering her the truth now. She was closed off to him now, though the number of packs within the city were decidedly....few. Tetradore leaned forward, entirely ignoring that the loud comments she made over the smell of the drink he now placed upon the table. Still, he ignored her comments all the same, sniffing at her neck ever so slightly only to confirm that which he so dread. God damn it. Frost had thwarted him yet again, taking another of those things right from under neath him. As if stealing his sister from him was not enough? He could hardly help that scowl that crossed his features as he leaned away from her, finally seeing fit to answer her inquiry. "It's called whiskey. It's stronger than beer." It helped him to forget the pain of all he'd lost the past few months - or it was supposed to before she brought all of that back to the surface.

Still, Tetradore hardly voiced such words, instead pulling out the chair across from her to settle within it. "Are you capable of being quieter? Everyone can hear you and not everyone is fond of weres." He commented, his own voice perhaps as soft and blase as he was even as a feline. His emerald green eyes briefly met those wandering gazes with a deathly glare of his own, that prickly stare enough to make several turn back towards their own tables before he turned his attention back towards her, inquiring as he continued, "So...how are you liking your twat of an Alpha? And being human?" It was no secret, what he thought of Frost and he saw particularly little reason to not voice his intense distaste for the man even to the once coyote herself. After all, she'd find out soon enough what kind of creature he was, if she hadn't already. Or maybe he was a terrible judge of character and she happened to like men like that. With his luck of late, he wouldn't have been surprised.
