It is a fitful, restless sleep the boy has found himself within, the floor outside Tetradores room hardly comfortable and yet, what had once been his morning routine of waiting patiently for his companion to wake up had become an obsessive, continuous vigil that saw the boy seated or sleeping outside the other man's room for however long it is Tetra should choose to stay there each day, the boy driven away only when he becomes far too hungry to hold out any further hope that his friend was going to make his breakfast toast or hunt beside him. Tonight however, it would seem sleep has finally found, the lanky young man rolling rather fitfully once more, a waitress heading down for her shift forced to step gingerly over her employer and yet, like so many of the rest of the staff within the Ark that had become entirely accustomed to the antics of the new managerial pair. A pay check, after all, was worth far more then risking destabilising either of the agitated felines. Tobias remains, for once, oblivious to the sound of the opening door, lying flat out upon his back in dramatic style, tried out from his evening of yowling, resting perhaps, for the late evening performance he is sure to put on as he does each and every night, like clockwork, between eleven pm and four am. It is the tuxedo falling against him however that sees the creature rapidly exploding into wakefulness, struggling momentarily against the clothing that has fallen atop him, obscuring his vision, before the sight of an open door sees the creature very near freeze.

For a half a moment he seems...wary of this invitation. For all his inability his is far from foolish or stupid, Tetradores mood instinctively having warned him away from getting entirely too close to his chosen Alpha and as such, this sudden, open invitation is met with a surely deserved suspicion, dark eyes roving over the room before fixating upon the other man as he returns to his dresser, the boy steadily gathering up his clothing before proceeding to very near slink into the room on silent feet. It is a small step, so entirely small and yet that he has finally been permitted inside Tetra's room once more is an allowance the boy is hardly willing to have taken away again, remaining entirely still as if fearing any movement may well be the wrong one. Dark eyes lift rapidly to the clothing Tetradore begins to dress himself with, clever mind already assured he himself holds a matching pair within his arms, his desire to mimic those around him rapidly seeing this behaviour copied....to a certain extent. Buttons are far from existing within his skill set, the boy forced to pause over and over in his attempts to watch before proceeding to follow, his outfit perhaps.....not entirely hopeless by the time he is done, his efforts met with little more then a sigh from his companion before the older man moves to wordlessly see to the buttons, crooked jacket and general dishevelled look Tobias seems capable of creating in near any situation. This attention however, small and insignificant though it is, is far more then he has been given to receive these past few days, the lanky young man following obediently, shifting to walk beside Tetradore once more, as he always has, even if some discontent remains between them still- this progress, small as it is, seeming to delight the boy all the same. So much so perhaps, that he is hardly given to complain about his outfit- perhaps the most well-dressed he has ever been, despite remaining entirely bare-foot.

Their arrival at the event the emerald-eyed man has seemed so determined they attend sees a look of rapid con fusion contort the WereLeopard's features, the opulently decorated hall outside his ability to understand, much as to why he has been forced to wear such an outfit, let alone the simple black mask that has done little more then see him bat at it for the majority of the walk. His companions pointed finger sees those dark eyes fixate rapidly upon the woman he points at, the man given to recognise Birdie even beneath her outfit, features scowling slightly at this unusual appearance before his fingers reach suddenly towards Tetra a final time, fingers lightly brushing against his companions arm in an effort to gather his attention.

"There is....Hunter here."

His ability to sense Azrael in particular is...advanced, the Hunter a well-known being to the boy and as such his own powers lend to an increased and heightened state of awareness for this particular individual, offering such information to his Leader before moving to do as has seemingly been commanded of him- heading towards Birdie and Isolt, determined to protect what is his...theirs, from any further potential threat, one dark ear roving back towards the blonde hunter still, content to guard his pack, his family, as he is assured is his job, ever-watchful of Birdie and Tetra still, Nadya seemingly absent, as he moves to stand beside Birdie now, attention flickering to Isolt, one hand moving to point towards the emerald eyed man at the bar, seemingly of the belief that this is the game they are playing. He has been sent to Birdie and as such he is determined to send Isolt to Tetra- evidently not believing in any sense of a true greeting, assured the young vampire will surely do as he has directed, before his gaze returns at last to Birdie. For a moment the tuxedoed cat simply shifts, one hand reaching out to brush fingertips against the fabric of her dress, seemingly entranced by such a thing, never before having seen his companion dressed as such.

"Why is Birdie....and Salt wearing.....this?"

Fingers reach to brush against the sleek fabric once more, eyes flicking from one woman to the other in search of an answer before a crooked grin of sorts seems to reach his masked features.

"Birdie looks....very........slinky."

It is perhaps....not a traditional compliment and yet so very little about the boy is traditional at all, those fingertips moving to trace softly against her side, the manner in which the dress clings to every swell and curve a source of clear wonderment to the young man.

"Salt is...slinky too."

Lips pull into a grin of sorts for the vampire woman, before his feature abruptly drop into blankness once more, still having failed to learn the correct manner for holding a facial expression.

madness, as you know, is like gravity: all it takes is a little push
