What You'll Find Here

Anacosta Heights
Dupont Circle
Hawethorn Village
River Dale

Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

My Own Form of CHAOS

I nod my head, giving her my full attention as she explains how Frost is just her alpha but I can tell by the sudden increase in her blood pressure that there's more to it than that. Feelings perhaps that she's still trying to understand? I raise my brow knowingly. "So you like to test a person's boundaries? How daring of you." I like the way she continues to tease me, both with her voice and her body's close proximity. While nothing will ever compare to the chemistry between Isolt and I, the warmth of a person's body is enticing all in it's own, probably because of the predator instinct within me to drain that warmth from their body. But this is enticing in it's own account. She pushes me into a chair and I lazily touch the cheek she kissed before she runs off with the dress, a smug smirk still on my lips. She takes her sweet time once she's in the dressing room but I don't mind. I've always been a patient creature.

I use the time to read unimportant articles in the magazine I'm holding and to make flirty gestures at the saleswomen by the counter, causing them to giggle and talk about me behind whispering lips. Of course my acute hearing picks up on every word. I catch movement and get a glimpse of the dress as she is led away toward the hair and makeup section of the store. I sigh, almost wanting to go over there and satisfy my curiosity but I don't want to ruin her surprise so I lean back in the chair and continue reading, letting her have her fun. When she comes back to lay across my lap, I get to take the dress in with all its delightful features. It is truly marvelous on her figure. "Stunning." I whisper. When she shows me the necklace, I waste no time putting it around her slender neck, my fingeres brushing against the healed place where I bit her as if to strike her memory. Then I use my power of persuasion on the saleswoman, knowing the others already took off for the night and she's the only one left here.

I've done this enough times to know all the loopholes so I erased the clothes and necklace away from her memory totally so even if Edie were to wear that exact outfit in the store again, she would never recognize it to know it was from her store. I know Edie will take good care of the outfit and the necklace will at least remind her of me in case she walks away from this night and decides never to see me again. I do like to be remembered, after all. Once we're ready, I lead her out of the store, ready to see her dance in that magnificent dress. At her sudden question, I chuckle. "Well do you feel like you're under a spell, darling? I usually save that power for those I need something from and my food. I needed the outfit to make you look perfect for our night." As she presses herself closer to me, I let my finger trace her blood red lips. "You look delicious, perfectly delectable. Men of all species will drool like a hound at the sight of your grace." I lean in closer. "And you were already pretty. Don't ever sell yourself short." I give her a wink before nudging my head toward the club. "Shall we?"
