Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

"What's wrong with my suit?" She huffs after Sam as the faerie enters her closest and begins rummaging through her belongings. "It's perfectly fine," she grumbles again under her breath before crossing her arms like a five-year-old who was told she couldn't have ice cream. Only did the assassin uncross her arms when Sam returned with a navy blue dress and shoved the thin material into her hand. Eyes widening she watches the queen incredulously, the girl was serious about playing Barbie with Vhal. The witch knew Sam well enough now that there was no arguing with the woman. Sighing through her nose heavily, she gives up on arguing.

When Sam reassures her that Will was serious she can't help but let a small groan escape from her lips, "Sam, I've..." she trails off looking away as a blush spans across her neck and touches her cheeks, "I've never been on a real date before," she comments embarrassed. "I don't even know if I'm really interested in him," she denies is again knowing Sam will know the witch was clearly lying. Letting the faerie brush hair behind her ear, she finally lets her gaze travel back to Sam who now sits next to her on the edge of the bed.

Letting the conversation drift back to more serious matters, Vhalla lets her gaze soften from the hard glare she had placed on Sam only moments before, "There are things about me you don't want to know, I urge you to be very careful," she warns carefully, uncertainty dancing across her features. Letting the conversation drop, she lets the queen drag her to her feet and shove her into the adjoining bathroom. Helpless, she does as she's told as she steps into the spacious room and glances at her reflection in the mirror.

Releasing another breath, she reaches behind her to begin the process of unzipping her suit, careful to avoid all the weapons and poisons littered about her body. Removing her leather boots, she sets it against the counter and slips out of her suit, gently folding it and setting it beside her shoes. Slipping into the dress she was surprised to notice that it fit rather well, Vhalla had never considered the two woman were similar in size. Rolling her shoulders, she glances at herself in the mirror before dropping into a crouch, testing the stretch of the material. Satisfied that it wouldn't rip open in a chase, she rummages through her boots and retrieves her two hunting knives.

Removing the holster from the suit she slips it onto her arm so she has a free hand to exit the bathroom with. Prowling towards Sam she takes a seat at the vanity, setting her holster and knives on the table before her. She would have to figure out a way to attach both of them to her legs in order for them to remain hidden. "This dress isn't long enough to hide my blades," she whines at Sam again. "Don't you have something a little longer?" she asks but doesn't expect much out of her complaining. When the woman made up her mind it was a done deal.

"Anyways, it wasn't that spectacular of a meeting. I was working last night and that infuriating man thought I was following him, he confronted me, we chatted and he had the audacity to kiss me," she shrugs casually as if it were another day in the life of an assassin. Though she wouldn't admit it to Sam, she truly, secretly enjoyed the kiss and initiating the second kiss as well. Hiding a smile at the memory she sits still as she feels Sam working through the knots of her white hair, "I'm sorry I gave out your address, I'm... not able to have company at my place," she trails off, avoiding the faerie's gaze in the mirror.
