Hawethorn Village

Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

He is quite content to storm away from the South side, having lost any and all interest in his momentary prey, the barefooted deviant pausing to wait only long enough for the wolf girl to join him, her shoulder brushing against his side in the momentary display of companionship before the young man simply sees fit to lead them....in no real direction at all. Her emerges from the trees and shrubs of the park and out onto the sidewalk, a late night jogger having the audacity to scream in surprise at the sight of the shaggy-haired creature as he stumbles suddenly from the undergrowth, his features contorting into a scowl of sorts as he mutters irritably to himself in the wake of her shout before the woman simply proceeds to run off in another direction, muttering her own curses as she goes. For a moment those dark eyes simply scan the dimly lit street before his hands tuck into his pockets and the boy proceeds to wander down the sidewalk, clearly assured the woman will follow, despite his apparent lack of direction. He is out of place, terribly so within the streets and rows of houses upon this clearly wealthy block. Clothing had not been his first consideration since having fled Syn and indeed he had managed to escape only in the single outfit Lucian had seen fit to buy him, his favoured dark grey jeans and navy blue t-shirt, both perhaps a little big upon him, his refusal to wear shoes only adding to his somewhat haphazard appearance upon the perfectly manicured lawns and sidewalks of the Heights.

For a moment those dark eyes linger upon the houses he passes, the man careful to remain upon the path all the same, unwilling to allow himself to wander into any of the houses. He...dislikes the indoors, dislikes being contained in any fashion and as such perhaps has taken to spending more and more time within the outdoors, returning to Tetra and Isolt and Naddy when it is he desires to sleep, or when it is he is assured Tetra needs him, rarely willing to leave his companions side in their newfound freedom, his excursion tonight purely based upon his desire to hunt and yet- such a desire is near forgotten in these moments, the man seeming content enough to merely wander beside Birdie, eyes flicking from one house to the next before that dark gaze fixates upon her.

"Where is....Birdie's house?"

That he could surely find it regardless remains to be seen, head tilting slightly, a look of curiosity lingering upon his features, seemingly content to forget entirely the boy from before and the feral state that had overtaken the woman. It is simply the way he is, mind readily given to simply move past what is occurred, entirely free of judgement for the woman of her condition, mind simply and entirely accepting of this thing that she is. It is a curious facet of his nature perhaps, for a creature so very...volatile and violent and yet when it comes to the habits of others he is simply accepting, holding little care for the shortcomings of those around him, the feral mind she had exposed only moments ago having seemed only to delight him, rathe then repeal him and indeed, within the moments that follow he is content to simply let it pass. His desire now, it would seem, is to discover where it is Birdie lives. His interest however, lasts only so long as it takes a suited man to suddenly approach the pair, his grinning features perhaps far to cheery for this time of night as he moves to stroll around the corner, the pair within his suits evidently a target as he strides forward and towards them, arms suddenly thrown up and towards the sky. My Friends, tell me, on this splendid night, have you heard the good news?!

For a moment or so Tobias is merely content to stare, the WereLeopard brought to a halt, shifting ever so slightly to shield his female companion from the man, aware the woman dislikes such things, eyes narrowed warily now, the man clearly oblivious to the growing tension as he continues to speak, his words rushed, to fast, agitation rapidly growing within the young man- unable to understand what the older man is saying. So many young people have begun to question the world around them, they are right to do so, tell me, young man, young lady, have you ever asked yourselves why? That the man has asked some sort of question is evidently clear and yet what he desires to know remains a mystery to the boy, Tobi entirely unfamiliar with religion, unable to understand the religious notions of the preacher as he proceeds to produce a book of some description, beginning to read from one of the passages as Tobias simply moves to step around him, one arm reaching for Birdie, content to pull her along with him, pulling her against the firm plane of his side. Until the man makes a critical mistake, reaching to grasp Tobias' other arm and bring him to a halt, unwilling it would seem to lose his audience- this touch however, resulting in a veritable explosion from the boy. His right hand readily bunches into a fist, the man pivoting in mere seconds to throw a rather fabulous right hook directly at the unfortunate preacher, whom, by some miracle perhaps, is given to dodge it, hurriedly baking away.

"You...shut up!"

Tobias is not a pleasant creature, not truly, the mans continued words having agitated him entirely, the boy bristling visibly before suddenly lunging for the older man whom proceeds to break into a sudden sprint, the fellow far more athletic then he appears as the Leopards eyes narrow darkly, a snarl rising within his throat, eyes widening slightly at the sight of prey beginning to run- the boy quite suddenly taking off after him, tearing down the street in pursuit of the man whom had dared to speak to loudly near the volatile boy, the shouts and scrams echoing down the street, the unfortunate Birdie surely left standing upon the sidewalk as lights begin to flick on and the wail of police sirens echoes within the distance. The bang of a window signals the emergence of one particularly irate residence, the woman's eyes settling upon the curly-haired woman standing nearby. What are you doing on my front lawn! Get away! I've called animal control and the police, you ridiculous creatures have no decency, can't you control your boyfriend?! You have five seconds to get away from the front of my house or so help me I'll turn the sprinklers on!
