Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

The very idea that such an outfit was constructed so purely to align with the evidently incorrect assumptions of how the peasants of the world so believed a vampire might dress is nothing short of novel to the ancient Fae. Dorian still failing to understand why Sebastian would so subject himself to such a thing, though indeed the childish frivolity of the holiday in question had not yet made itself truly apparent to the man. This mention of Dracula only further seems to implore that look of blank misunderstanding. That all-too famous novel several hundred years younger than Dorian himself and as such the notion of perhaps the world's most famed vampire was entirely lost upon him. That this Dracula, however, may well have been the first of the vampire kind, or else debated as such momentarily sees that look of inquisitiveness adorn his own features before the Fae merely allows such questions to pass- at least for now. Dorian hardly finding himself to desperately determined to seek answers on such topics this very moment- though he is sure to hardly forget the name all the same. His attention, here and now, far more focused on the man beside him and the way in which Sebastian drew him closer. How truly ridiculous it was, just how quickly that physical want for his lover might be stirred to the surface, such need so reminding the King of the way he had been as but a sixteen year old boy among a rabble of courtesan women and how they had tempted him then! Just as Sebastian so tempted him now so regardless of the amount of times he had taken the man already. Dorian assured there was something wholly glorious in that want all the same and the manner in which he all-too eagerly stole those kisses from his companion in some need to satisfy that want.

It is the introduction of that sweet treat however that so seems to surprise the man as Sebastian leans away with a look entirely devilish, Dorian rolling that solid candy over his own tongue. It was almost akin to honey in its sweetness and yet the texture could be no further from it. Such a strange food it was, a sort of...hard, sweetened piece of....something, Dorian having little to no ability to truly comprehend candy in any sense. Treats in his day so consisting of fruit or berries or nuts and wild honey. None of which tasted even remotely akin to this. His lovers mention of Halloween, as so much tonight seemed to be, was once more entirely outside his knowledge. Dorian distracted if but briefly from that decidedly tasty treat, crunching it now at last, before offering that admittance of his own ignorance in this supposed holiday. Such a thing however, might so explain the absurdity that appeared to be occurring within the streets and indeed this desire it seemed so many others possessed to adorn themselves in varying costumes. The outside world however, in all its delight and obscurities, had become utterly uninteresting to Dorian in that moment- this new found taste still lingering upon his lips- the Fae entirely sure he desired more of it and too- more of the man beside him.

One hand presses easily upon Sebastian's chest, pressing him back against that sofa to allow Dorian to hover over him before taking the mans lips with his own and so stealing each and every remaining taste of sugar from them. Dorian so entirely aware of the sensitivity of the vampires lips, Sebastian so responsive always, to any lingering touch or skilled caresses or bite upon his own lips. The Monarch so having committed to memory the ease with which such touches might arouse his lover, this but an effortlessly observation from the ever watchful Fae and one he is content to indulge in now- both satisfying and teasing at that plethora of desires. The Fae so aware of those hands upon his hips and that soft sound he so seems to draw from within his consort's throat in his all-too salacious quest for that sweet taste before he leans away. His teasing simper entirely in place as his tongue brushes across his own lips now to be entirely sure he had gotten it all. That soft admittance of want from Sebastian's lips sees that simper only soften further into a look of affection, Dorian utterly unsure as to how he had remained away for even those few days, the man all to eagerly accepting that final kiss.

"Perhaps I shall stay tonight then and we might attend to such wants later. I have missed all of you, Mon Cher."

There is a promise entirely within those softly uttered and yet heated words before his attention so shifts to that bowl upon the table, Dorian allowing that silver gaze to linger upon those brightly coloured rock candies and heart shaped treats with a ready inquisitiveness. He moves to follow the vampires hand as Sebastian so plucks a single heart-shaped candy from the bowl, the treat turned to face him a moment, Dorian so eyeing those words upon it as a soft chuckle of amusement so finds its way past his lips at such playfully adoring words. He finds that treat pressed to his lips but a moment later, the Fae allowing his lover to slip it softly within his mouth- Dorian rolling this too upon his tongue before that smile so finds its way to his lips once more. How pleasing these treats! The back of Sebastian's hand brushing upon his cheek sees his features soften once more, the man leaning into that even momentary caress in this stolen moment of almost tender affection before this mention of a holiday sees his features frown softly once more.

"How might we celebrate it? What are these other things I might get? Though I do enjoy this...candy as you call it."

Curiosity, it would seem, has once more so presented itself within the ancient Fae- the very notion of a holiday in any fashion seeming to appeal to the man, especially if it might be so such treats are involved. Dorian so having found himself taken with this sweet taste. One hand reaches easily then to take but a small handful of those heart-shaped candies from the bowl, Dorian so slipping another one between his lips before leaning forward upon Sebastian's chest. He moves then to so place those candies about the vampire, resting one upon his collarbone and against his throat, another upon his neck and the last atop the man's upper lip. Dorian allowing his head to dip then, lips brushing across Sebastian's throat in search of the first he had placed.

"I do wonder though-...."

His pause is but momentary, those words spoken warmly against the man's neck as he licks that first treat from his cool skin, moving upward to trail his kisses to the man's neck and find the second, teeth nipping playfully here if only because he can.

"Must I wear a cloak too? I do not understand this.....dressing up."

He reaches forward then for the last treat, so capturing just Sebastian's upper lip in his own too allow his teeth to brush against it in an entirely teasing fashion before he continues to rest upon his lovers chest, rolling those sweets within his mouth as an entirely impish look so lingers upon his features. Dorian so entirely content to tease his lover all the same, despite that curiosity for this evening that so burns within him.
