Hawethorn Village

Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

if these wings could fly for the rest of our lives
Her eyes grew big and round like milk saucers at the presence of that apple. So big. So round. Such apple! That color! That taste! That scent! Oh god, give it, giveeee itttt! Noooo, it was gonneeee. It was a cruel twist of fate! It was infinite sorrow! The world was ending! Or at least, she was sure of it until she was given a single compromise. Really it was more like a demand. It was a hostage situation! She was being blackmailed! But that's okay, she could handle this, or so she thought. After all, she was more than capable of glowing. It was just a matter of getting those color thingies right. Okay, here goes! Her face scrunched up in concentration as she let that glow overwhelm her before focusing entirely on those colors. ALL THE COLORS. TOO MUCH COLORS. Ahhhh! The young panda flopped on her side in exhaustion, that tongue lolling out of her mouth as she panted, her little heart was beating too quickly! This was soooo much effort for an apple. It better be a really really good one. Like..super sweet and juicy and succulent or something.

It was the sound of that girlish giggle that saw the girl's hazel eyes shift upwards, her gaze falling entirely upon that apple she was so being taunted with. Her gaze followed it as the young girl took it between her fingertips, her own face scrunching with clear concentration in way that almost mirrored Abigail's just moments ago. The panda hardly expected that crack of the apple, her ears suddenly quite attentive as she rolled with flailing limbs back to her feet. She watched with amazement as sheer force alone somehow caused her beloved apple to crunch, falling open in little pieces. How amazing! That was an awesome superpower! She was like....super girl! SO COOL. An all too excited chirp left her lips as she reached out for the offered piece of apple, taking it into her paws to so nibble on it in a clearly delighted fashion. She had only just begun to chew on the piece that she'd placed in her mouth when she felt herself being unexpectedly lifted. A surprise squeak left her lips, her apple piece so falling to the ground in the process. Nooooooooooooooooooooo! She flailed, trying to reach the apple piece only to find herself dangling in empty air. No fair!!

Her gaze turned upwards towards the child in front of her, her head tilting to the side with an inquisitive squeak on her lips. Collar? What collar? She wasn't a house pet! SHE WAS A MIGHTY PANDA! HEAR HER ROAR! Her lips parted, echoing a singular bark as mightily as she possibly could. SEE! ROAR! Unfortunately for her, any attempts she made at being a mighty scary thing was immediately ruined with the prospect of food. Food? She liked food. She was hungry. Her eyes quickly shifted to the front of the house as the girl brought her, against her will, inside the estate. Her head shifted upwards at the sound of the child's voice, a look of consideration crossing her features. Cookies and ice cream and cupcakes huh? Such sweets were kinda rare for her, Nepal wasn't quite big on such sweets. Her eyes widened at the sight of the large platter she was presented with, leaning forward to sniff the objects with her nose. She'd never seen things like this! What was this?! COULD SHE EAT IT? She watched the girl reach out to pull out a frosted flower and, slowly, Abigail reached for the same thing. Clearly if she was eating it then it was safe right? She sat with her butt on the countertop, so critically eying the flower before sticking it in her mouth to bite down. That sudden sweetness caught her entirely off guard, a squeak echoing from her lips as she eyed it as if it had assaulted her. WHAT WAS THIS?! Her gaze turned only at the mention of a collar once again and yet, Abigail found herself entirely unsure what to do. This was all too much for the poor panda!
