Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

It was perhaps hardly surprising that answer he provided his companion on how he so wasted his day. With those affinities at his beck and call, it would have been a fool to waste them on laying on the sofa with television. Still, there was far more to his life then just sex, even if he was not yet ready to regale Arlo with those numerous businesses he owned, the estates he upheld, his newfound position as Italy's Crowned Consort and that relationship with his boyfriend himself. When he considered it, there truly was far more to his life then he was willing to let on, even if he was slowly regarding Arlo as his first real, tentative friend in a very long time. Even so, a roguish grin crossed his features at the roll of those eyes, the vampire entirely willing to allow his companion to think of him as that devilish sex fiend he truly was, even if he'd lately been confined only to indulging whole heartedly in Dorian alone. It was a decision he hardly regretted in the slightest. Nevertheless, he found himself inquiring if that television was truly all Arlo did with his time, now that he had found immortality. It was a shame, really, that the man had yet to truly take advantage of that endless life he'd been given. However, he supposed it sometimes took a while to become accustomed to that idea that they simply were not going to die. Arlo himself seemed as if he was still relatively new to that life of a vampire.

His eyebrow rose at that admittance that it certainly was not all day, his gaze following the man's hands has he fumbled with his pockets only to pluck a phone out of it's depths. He watched in silent inquisitiveness as Arlo's fingers as they swiped over that screen, pulling up those pictures of an animal. Delicately, he reached out for that offered phone, his fingers expanding that image to so zoom in on it curiously. There was something...off about her. He glanced up at that warm grin upon Arlo's face, listening to those adventures he held with the panda. That judgement upon his features was clearly picked up by the fellow quite easily, the man teasing him on how he chose to spend his own evenings. Sebastian could hardly help that snort that left his nose as his head shook ever so slightly. "Fair enough." He admitted, giving into that declaration that he hardly had a place to judge. "You know she's no ordinary panda though, right?" Sebastian inquired, pulling out his own phone to navigation towards the internet. "She's probably a were or...some witch's familiar or something. See- look. Pandas eyes are black. Your girl's arn't." He commented, showing his companion the face of his own phone and that wild panda splashed across the screen.

That concern of what they did with their evenings, however, quickly vanished in the wake of that sorority home the pair of men so stumbled upon, Arlo so weaseling them in under the guise that they were the 'band'. He was relatively certain she'd be utterly pissed when the real band members showed up and yet, he was utterly certain in his abilities to sooth her over if she should come looking for them. Though his gaze trailed over those college age women, now that his wits had so been returned to him, the vampire felt little urge to do more then look. After all, he had offered his boyfriend a promise to be his alone - that love so easily outdoing any lust he might have felt for those slender petite figures. Quite thankfully, Arlo seemed willing enough to lead him to that bar first, the vampire sliding upon that stool as he himself turned to survey the room once again, inquiring if they had something greater than just that shit beer that had become so popular of late. That comment on his ability to drink, however, only seemed to prompt some level of teasing from the fellow vampire's lips.

A small shrug crossed his shoulders at the fellow's insistence that those rock concerts he engaged in were nothing compared to the level of debauchery of Sebastian's youth. That question if he was rich, however, only caused a small frown upon his features, the man entirely unsure of what that had to do with anything. "...you know I lived through the 60's and 70's right?" He commented quite pointedly. Who wasn't drunk or high during those decades? Sebastian certainly had been. Frequently. Maybe nightly, but that was besides the point. Rather, he leaned back against the bar as he continued, "Maybe someday I'll take you to a place with multiple courses than." He commented and yet, that signature 'someday' was how the man so often avoided following through with those idle statements. In truth, he almost doubted that Arlo and he would meet again, much less that the vampire might enjoy his company a second time. Those individuals he truly encounters beyond that simple seduction to feed rarely actually preferred to see him again - at least in this city. He was hardly attentive to that bar keep or Arlo's attempts to procure him a drink, his attention entirely focused upon probing out those souls whom were particularly susceptible to his affinities.

That offered drink briefly drew his attention away as he gingerly took that offered glass, sipping on his beverage while so inquiring whom Arlo was inclined to. He was entirely unaware of that presence of his own scent or the way it so tugged at his companion. Rather, it was that discreet gesture towards that brunette from before that drew his gaze, the man eying her as his affinity so subtly reached out to her and her companions. He was inattentive to that shot Arlo threw back, simply working his magic before that idle comment drew his attention back towards his companion. He downed that glass, placing the empty one on the countertop. "You're going to owe me more then that." He commented before gesturing towards her, "Come on. Just say whatever you want, after all, you just have her for one night, what does it matter?" He shrugged ever so slightly as he stepped away from the bar, that gift of pheromones so fulling rushing to life now as he let Arlo towards the brunette and her blond friend. A wholly charming simper brushed across the vampire's features, "Good evening dollface, we couldn't help but to notice you eying us over there." He commented in an entirely teasing fashion and yet, the way the pair of women so innately seemed to lean closer already well ensured him that his gift was already well at work. He stepped closer towards that blonde, his hand landing upon the small of her back before, with a small gesture of his head, inviting his companion to so step towards that woman he'd quite literally prepared just for him.
