Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Sebastian Ellingtonfor pleasure seldom has a cure

It was not his business, he supposed, what Arlo chose to do with his were-panda - weather that involved mini-photo shoots or shoving the poor girl down his shirt. He had known a plethora of individuals before with truly peculiar fetishes. Though, considering Arlo hadn't been laid in several years, perhaps his fetish wasn't quite working for him. Still, he hardly commented on it as he sipped that burning whiskey. Arlo, it seemed, was perhaps equally as keen to simply ignore that peculiar origin of his 'pet' panda. That snort he was met with at the notion of drinking, however, brought a small simper to his lips as he regarded his companion. He supposed, truly, that it wasn't often he tried to out drink one of his own species. Humans were easy enough, their blood often quick to become muddled with that intoxication than his own. Still, he liked to think near two hundred years had taught him how to properly handle both his drink and illicit substances. He commented offhandedly of those notorious substance filled decades only to be met with a rather blank look from the young man at his side. That singular glance had a way of so making the Englishman feel near ancient. He rolled his eyes ever so slightly, shaking his head before, instead, simply shifting the conversation elsewhere.

That polite invitation for dinner, however, was all too quickly turned down, though Sebastian could not bring himself to feel particularly disappointed by it. His head tilted to the side ever o slightly in a small glimpse of curiosity though, upon further introspection, he supposed he could understand. For the first year his life existed entirely of that thirst for blood, that control had been wholly non-existent. Over the years, he was capable of at least existing in the same room as his prey without attacking before slowly refining those abilities he was gifted with and yet, it was likely not till another twenty years before he found himself even vaguely willing to attempt to consume that food he once so adored. "I forgot how young you are." He mused softly under his breath before those bright blue eyes turned to face the crowd and, in turn, the very reason that either men happened to be present in a place they very much didn't belong. He gestured lightly towards the crowd that surrounded them, inquiring as to whom had caught Arlo's eye, if any. After all, it hardly mattered much to him - all of them would fall under his sway.

That subtle gesture drew his own gaze towards that brunette woman whom he'd noticed when they first walked in. She seemed easy enough to manipulate, already almost inclined towards them. Sebastian nodded, tossing back that drink before stating he expected far more than one tonight. That inquiry of what to say to them was met with a half-hearted shrug, his advice in this perhaps lackluster and yet the insistence that Arlo might very well end up slapped was near laughable. A small snort left his nose before he shook his head, lightly clapping the fellow's shoulder. "Don't worry about that, I've got you." He responded in some attempt at reassurance. It was hard, truly, to impress upon Arlo exactly what he was capable of. Influencing the emotions and demeanors of two girls was mere child's play to what he could bring to the entire sorority. This gathering could so easily turn into something else entirely - hell, Sebastian had certainly done so before. As it was, Sebastian was far more inclined to push such thoughts from the forefront of his mind, simply moving through the crowd towards their catch for the evening.

His gift was already well in effect by the time he paused before them, presenting the pair with that charming simper and teasing lyrics. His hand settled upon that blonde girl's waist and she so innately seemed to lean into his figure, her body entirely incapable of resisting those subtle chemical changes within her that drove her into his embrace. He nodded ever so slightly in encouragement towards the brunette girl, watching as his companion so idly commented on the content's of the room. His eyebrow rose at that simple sentence, his bright blue eyes rolling in response to those 'smooth' words. Dear Lord, he was blood awful at this. It was fortunate Sebastian had his gift or this might have been far more difficult than he had original anticipated. A little push of that affinity was all that was necessary for that bunette to so run her fingers along his skin, entirely willing to bemoan that simple lack of 'real men' amongst that gathering.

The vampire could hardly help that smirk upon his features as Arlo glanced upwards at him, mouthing that singular word in his direction. His own attention, however, was quickly distracted by that soft touch of fingers against his jawline, drawing those bright blue eyes down towards the blonde that leaned readily against his chest. He hardly missed that unspoken request for his attention, his fingers easily moving to brush against her cheek in return as he spoke softly to the girl in a tone that was altogether husky in nature. "Well, darling, perhaps he and I can show you two what real men can do - do you have somewhere a bit more...private we can go?" He saw little reason to not skip directly to the chase, after all, they would say yes regardless if he moved things along now or if they flirted for the next half hour. In this manner, Sebastian had a way of being ever blunt of his requests. The young woman offered him a near flirtatious simper before glancing to her friend only to proclaim she knew just the place. Her fingers interlaced within his as she led him around the corner and towards those stairs. He glanced backwards, hardly surprised to see that brunette girl doing just the same, leading Arlo after the pair and towards the bedrooms upstairs.

She paused in front of her bedroom, opening the door to lead him into a room with two beds nestled on opposite corners of the room. 'Sophie and I share a room, that won't be a problem will it?' The blonde girl commented idly as Sophie dragged Arlo, shutting the door behind them. He had almost forgotten in those few moments downstairs that these were college girls in a college dorm - still, that was certainly an...opportune situation. It did, after all, leave Sebastian in complete control of everything. "Not at all, dove." He commented, offering a single glance towards his newfound vampire companion before the girl was tugging him to her bed. Though her lips eagerly graced against his own, Sebastian's attention was decidedly elsewhere, the Englishman focused upon so urging that brunette onwards in an effort to fulfill that promise he'd offered. After all, tonight was about giving Arlo back some level of his humanity and, hell, even his manhood.
