Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

The heavy handed knock upon the front of the girl's apartment caused a soft sigh to leave the lips of the were-panther. His head shook ever so slightly, he'd long since given up attempting to explain the niceties of knocking on someone's door before you enter or making the point to do so without banging upon the wood like a drum. Instead, he tended to merely accept his friend for who and what he was - peculiar, awkward, and naive all in one package. "Well, she certainly heard us now." He commented, his head tilting ever so slightly as he eyed the closed door in front of him. Tetradore's emerald eyes shifted from the door only as the lanky boy turned in place, bounding back down the stairs and towards the car. A small frown crossed his lips as he reached in his pocket, making a point to unlock it before Tobias actually arrived to it, hardly wanting to disrupt the entire neighborhood. His eyebrows furrowed as he watched from the distance, the tree nestled against him was heavy enough that he didn't feel particularly inclined to make the trek back down and up the stairs all over again. There was fleeting glimpse of inquisitiveness to his features as he watched the boy trek back up the stairs, his gaze shifting back to the door, clearly thinking little of the event until he felt his brunette locks ruffled by cotton.

It took him a moment to realize what exactly was perched upon his head, his gaze shifting upwards to spot the edge of the atrociously bright red. A singular look of disgruntled disbelief crossed his masculine features, his gaze wordlessly drifting towards Tobias and yet not a single syllable left his lips. The boy was perhaps saved by his griping by the sound of the door opening in front of him, immediately drawing his intense emerald gaze. A small simper crossed the man's lips, an almost blurred memory of the girl within his arms passing over the forefront of his brain, almost entirely forgetting of the hat that donned his head. In fact, it wasn't till her crystalline gaze shifted to the tree within his grasp that he remembered the rather heavy forestry he was carrying. Tetradore allowed Tobias to enter ahead of him, the tree momentarily distracting him as he shifted it's weight, hauling the thing into her small apartment. "We hoped you didn't have one yet." He replied, his gaze sweeping over the room as the aromatic smells of dinner assaulted his sense. Briefly, he offered the smallest of nods towards his sibling. He didn't particularly wish to engage with her after their last encounter but he was still very much the only living member of his blood family and such demanded he couldn't simply ignore her.

Instead, however, Tetradore busied himself with the tree, leaning it against the wall for a moment whilst he fiddled with the stand. His eyebrows were furrowed as he shoved the tree in the small slot, wrestling with it to get it ever just so. His gaze shifted upwards at the sound of Isolt's voice, his head bobbing ever so slightly in the process. "That sounds like that'd be nice....although your tree might end up being a disaster." He was referring, of course, to Tobias, although quite frankly he wasn't even sure if he could decorate a Christmas tree "nicely". It'd been years since he'd even bothered, the Christmas spirit having been entirely drained from him up until this very point. He stepped away from the tree only once he was assured that it wasn't going to topple over the moment he let go of it, pausing to ensure it looked at least relatively straight. "It smells delicious. Do you need help with anything?" He inquired, his gaze dancing back towards the auburn haired vampire, choosing, for the time being, to offer assistance rather then the awkward conversation with his sister. It was the Christmas season and he was hardly going to rise to her remarks. After all, they were all guests in Isolt's house.
