Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Ashes to Ashes

It was the first wedding Anna had ever been to, or at least that she could remember. After twenty minutes perched in the chair Sebastian had told her to be in, she had concluded that weddings were really very boring. That being said she had promised her Sebastian that she would behave and amazingly just what she did albeit a little fidgety with her feet swinging back and forth beneath her lovely dress. Anna managed to sit through the entirety of the ceremony though her nose wrinkled at the final kiss. Beyond holding hands, displays of affection was not in the child vampire's realm. In that sense she was still very much frozen in the child's cooties mindframe.

Anna was only too eager to be one of the first to leave their seats once the newlywed couple left the room. She hadn't any idea where the mass was going but had been told to simply follow them so that was exactly what she did. The wedding ceremony had been beautifully decorated in its own sense but had held true to very traditional sense. The ballroom however that everyone filed into was much more extravagant. Anna slowed in her strides, those sapphire hued eyes turning upward in awe at all the decorations and plethora of food. Just because she was a vampire didn't mean she didn't indulge in human food, especially sweets.

The towering cake was the most hypnotizing and lured her closer. Oh how she wished to reach out and swipe a finger of frosting. One of the guards had perhaps been told to be on the lookout for any such tasters and was quick to appear and shoo her away. Anna's upper lip twitched, flashing her fangs at him with a grumble, but moved on. The chocolate fountain had guests milling about it so that was next on her list to investigate. Sometimes being child sized in an adult world meant you could move about without anyone noticing you. Many people didn't look down anymore. This case it was helpful as no one paid any mind to Anna as she popped one after another mini cupcakes into her mouth before snatching a few macaroons.

It was the sound of applause however that turned her attention away from the liquid to see what all the fuss was about. Sebastian and Dorian had just entered the room. Delight lit up Anna's features, abandoning her post near the chocolate fountain to hurry over to the couple. Of course there were plenty of others who were there to congratulate the new couple but Anna paid them no mind, skipping right to the front of the line to happily plant herself in front of the pair ignoring the confused looks and partial glares sent her way. "Look look! Isn't it so pretty? I'm a princess!" Anna did a quick spin in front of Sebastian and Dorian, showing off her elegant vintage ballroom dress. Of course Sebastian had been there when she had picked it out but he hadn't seen it all together with her hair waved and pinned back with a diamond and crystal tiara nestled on top of her head...and Dorian hadn't seen it at all.

"That wedding had a lot of talking in it. Are they all so long? Do you have to do another?" There was a soft whine to her voice even despite the torture of having to sit being gone. Anna paused then in her whine to open her hands palm up to Sebastian, displaying her swiped macaroons. "....Want one? There's lots of food over there."
