Anacosta Heights
Dupont Circle
Hawethorn Village

Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Wake up to your dreams
And watch them come true

By now Nadya was well used to the routine that came from having the twins home from school. She would never quite understand the random teacher's days that meant the school was closed but teachers were there. Whether it was the twin's being home or actual urgent business, Frost had left the house in a hurry, leaving Nadya home alone with the young children. Nadya never questioned her mate on where he went off to, his business seemingly as lucrative as her brother's and as such she never pressed on it. He came home in one piece and that's all that mattered.

Although the sun was out today it was still bitterly cold so there would be no picnic today despite Izzy's begging. Nadya stood at the kitchen counter preparing lunch while the twins occupied themselves in wait in the living room. Izzy was happily jumping up at down on the couch, albeit perhaps against the rules, as her eyes were glued to the television playing Finding Nemo. Micah, as always, was enduring their confinement much easier. He sat on the floor with his legos with no real indication on what it was exactly that he was building. Perhaps not having his attention fully glued to that television allowed him to hear the commotion out on the porch.

Micah abandoned his post in order to wander over to the low window alongside the door, peering out at the crumpled woman on their doorstep whom he had never seen before. Without a word he turned about and beelined into the kitchen, tugging quietly at Nadya's shirt. "I'm almost done, Micah." Nadya paused her cutting to pat his hand. For a moment Micah considered abandoning his initial goal, not wanting to bother his mother, but luckily he decided against it. "But...mama, there a lady outside." Those innocently spoken words caused Nadya to immediately abandon her task and look down at her son. "What?..Where?" Micah obediently pointed in the direction of the front door.

Nadya took Micah's hand and led him from the kitchen. "Go stand with your sister." Nadya gently nudged her son towards the couch where Izzy had ceased her jumping seeing her mother enter but didn't bother to sit. Nadya glanced at the pair to ensure they were a safe distance from the door before she cautiously opened it. At first as Nadya looked down at the huddled figure there was no recognition. It took a moment indeed until realization crossed her features. "Eddie?" Nadya quickly bent down, looking for any sign of injury on the woman. Eddie had long left before Nadya had joined Frost's pack and even now there was no thread connecting the pair.

"Can you walk?" Nadya glanced up out at the street in confusion before she attempted to help Eddie stand and into the house. Izzy had finally gotten down to sit properly on the couch but remained obediently at the couch with eyes wide in curious confusion. It was with some difficulty that Nadya managed to heft the woman onto the opposite couch. "What...what happened?" Surely an arrival such as that dictated an emergency but there had but no one in the street.
