Anacosta Heights
Dupont Circle
Hawethorn Village
River Dale

Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

It was crazy how he spent half the night (or more, let's face it) wondering what Amelia was doing and if she was thinking about him. One would think after living with his beloved vampire fiance and spending her every waking hour with her, the fae man might be relieved to have a night apart from her, but to say Troy was smitten wasn't even touching the real thing. It didn't help that Kit wasn't the best man for the job when it came to picking bachelor party ideas. They started the afternoon with a competitive game of paintball. From looking at him, one wouldn't think bookish Kit was any good with a gun but he'd actually always been a better shot than Troy, who would never admit it. At least, not out loud. That part was actually fun. It led to a lot of bruised knees (and backs) from sliding into cover and jumping out to "ambush" the opponent but the fae brothers couldn't stop laughing by the end of it. When they were done there, both boys decided they were downright starving and headed to the local Sarosanct diner to eat.

As he chowed down on the biggest bacon cheeseburger he could get the kitchen to make, Troy contemplated where the night would lead them. Needless to say, he shouldn't have been too excited. Kit took him to a small carnival where they got into a hotdog eating contest. Troy won it then promptly puked everything back up. Then they went on a few rides (Troy puked some more) and called it a night. Probably not the number one ranked bachelor party, but hey, he got to spend it with his brother. At the end of the day, Troy couldn't complain too much. He said good night to Kit and headed home, taking a long shower and brushing his teeth more than a couple times, just to be sure. Then he headed to bed to fall into a food coma. He knew Amelia wouldn't be back till late. He fell fast asleep and didn't hear a thing until the water running in the bathroom made him stir. His eyes opened lazily as he slowly sat up in bed and looked around. It was still funny to him how the smell of a vampire used to be so revolting and now it turned him on more than anything. At least when it came to a particular vampire's smell.

Smirking as he started to wake up, Troy shifted and got up, stretching before he trudged his way slowly into the bathroom. He was only in his boxers as he leaned against the door frame and took a moment to admire his fiance's beautiful body soaking in the tub. "Man, I'm a lucky man." He purred the words as he ran a hand through his messy hair. "Have fun?"
