South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The University of Sacrosanct

The University of Sacrosanct offers some of the top programs in the nation with its outstanding campus and specialized faculty. South

years I've walked in the coldest winds
from sorrow and pain I find my strength
the more I hurt, the clearer I see.

The ebony feline was entirely content to remain reclined upon that particularly sturdy branch he'd taken up residence within, his emerald gaze simply observing her figure with muted fascination. There was little doubt that the forests of Sacro could be entirely freeing - with those acreages of shrubbery and plentiful game and yet, it was still very much a place of danger. Their kind were known to frequent these woods and, in turn, the Hunters of the city often chose to prey upon their desire for escape - just as they had done with her. Still, it was clear to him that she was not from his beloved metropolis and so, for now, he was willing to forgive her ineptitude, even if he made no particular move to assist the woman in any fashion. He watched as her lips curled upwards at him, flashing those ivories with clear aggression and yet, Tetradore was hardly perturbed in the slightest. After all, despite his recent reincarnation, Tetradore was still entirely steadfast in his abilities. Rather, his head tilted to the side in vague inquisitiveness, his gaze entirely trained upon the woman as he simply blinked at her in a deliberately lazy fashion.

His bright green eyes met those amber irises with little concern, and yet, he was well aware of that wince that seemed to rack her frame, even if it was entirely fleeting. His ears flickered at the sound of that silver biting through flesh with a sickening sizzle. That must have hurt. A yawn crossed his lips, the man's jaws parting to reveal his own sharpened incisors as she finally spoke and yet, he did little, in the present moment but offer her a small nod of agreement. Yes, he clearly was quite observant to her plight. He supposed, truly, that perhaps it might be beneficial to assist her but, really, he still had little notion whom she was and what she was doing in his city. His gaze fluttered back towards the girl at the sound of that whine that left her ebony lips. He had been well trained, during his youth, to regard the predicaments of others with little sympathy, the man more often the cause of such sounds and yet, the tables had turned quite greatly since then. Now, with his own pack together and with Frost nipping at his heels, he desperately needed more bodies to add to his ranks. How did the saying go? You attract more flies with honey than vinegar?

A soft sigh left his lips as the creature slowly rose to all fours, his front claws dug into the bark beneath him as he stretched out those muscles, his ebony paws padding forward several steps before he let those hind legs push off from the branch. His figure landed with a soft thud on the snow underfoot, the man content to simply watch as her fur gave way to that caramel skin. Oh. Well now, wasn't she quite enjoyable to look at. His vibrant gaze roved her slender flesh in an entirely masculine and appreciative fashion, content to watch her for several moments before he stepped forward, circling the girl like the predator he was. His trail shifted all the more closer towards her, more akin to a shark then panther in those moments. He paused at her side, leaning over the silver contraption that had caught her far larger human ankle as that hiss and sizzle of his acidic saliva met the first bolt. The panther shifted, taking care of the second one quite in the same fashion till the object simply fell around her foot, releasing it's clenching hold. Now, wasn't that a nice magic trick?

Despite his assistance, Tetradore hardly trusted the girl in the slightest, at least, not yet. Those large paws took his ebony figure away from her before the feline made a tight circle, turning only to settle upon his haunches, his emerald eyes boring into her vulnerable skin. It was quite clear the man expected something to occur, after all, he went through all that effort to save her from that battle of prying the silver from her foot, at the very least he deserved something, didn't he? Perhaps a cookie...
