South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

South

years I've walked in the coldest winds
from sorrow and pain I find my strength
the more I hurt, the clearer I see.

Tetradore had anticipated, to some degree, that he might have bewildered the girl, especially when she so clearly thought she was left to her own devices within the solitude of those snowy trees. What he hadn't expected, however, was the reaction in which he was actually given. She leapt to her feet and yet, Tetradore had but mere moments of notice before that flickering conflagration so engulfed her slender frame, those fires propelled outward at him in a stream of licking flames that threatened to so incinerate him. But not this time. This time, he would not be undone by mere fire. He had only just found life again but months ago, the last thing he wanted was to start that whole process over again. Those shadows immediately answered his call, letting his form disappear from that spot with but mere moments to spare, the man already able to feel that heat on his skin as he instead re-appeared by several feet to the right of where he had previously been standing - entirely unharmed and yet, it would seem, upon further inspection, he was not wholly untouched. A scowl crossed his features at the sight of that singed jacket, the man patting at the material to keep that hole in his arm from getting any bigger and yet, in its wake, that rush of coldness beset him.

"Dammit." He muttered, more to himself then the young woman whom stood flailing at those lingering bits of fire that so surrounded her. That sound of her voice drew his attention, his gaze narrowing at her ever so slightly as she attempted to so berate him. "I didn't know you flambeau everyone who said hello to you. If I had, I wouldn't have bothered." He grumbled in response, his tone hardly holding that same hollering tone and yet, there was a distinct displeasure still to be heard within the depths of it. He watched as that grin suddenly spread across her features, the girl clearly quite pleased with herself suddenly and yet, those questions that so left her lips only served to cause his eyebrows to raise ever so slightly. Well, he supposed he'd at least gotten an answer to his earlier question, and to the idle curiosity if she had been trying to kill him. That power, as ferocious as it was, seemed uncontrollable by the girl. How...unfortunate. "It...was a jet..." He started, his voice trailing off uncertainly before adding after further thought. "You seem to have decent aim for not controlling it. Though you owe me a new jacket." That complement was veiled, as it so often was with the were King, those moments of any true praise were entirely rare and yet, he was not about to let her forget the damage she had caused to that once warm material.

That excitement upon her features, however, vanished but moment's later - as if those words he offered her were not what she had wished to hear. His eyebrows furrowed ever so slightly and yet, Tetradore was a patient soul, willing to wait as she put together her thoughts into something coherent. He had hardly expected that denying the witch entry into that pit might have caused the woman to regard him with such coldness and yet, that dislike was quite clearly there as she started she remembered him. Her efforts to remember his name hardly perturbed him, however, after all, Damon had already attempted to destroy his moniker in every fashion he possibly could, even if he did so only behind Isolt's back. "Tetradore." The man stated, though he hardly paused before continuing in an effort to correct her. "I wouldn't let you die. In my ship." He was sure she would have. The Ark allowed no weapons and no powers, the ring a strict show of physical powers between their animal species, allowing to fulfill that need to establish that hierarchy their animal parts nearly demanded. He watched as she stepped closer towards him and yet, he hardly moved, those striking emerald eyes simply watching her in that moment.

His gaze momentarily shifted towards her slender figure, that dark suit certainly clinging to her form as the girl moved and yet, any lingering observations were abruptly ruined only by the sound of his once girlfriend's name. A small frown traced his features and yet he wholly ignored those inquiries of his death and the state of ashes he had been within but months ago. Rather, it was her he focused his attention on, "You don't happen to know how to get in touch with her, do you?" He inquired, having already exhausted his own efforts in town only to discover she'd left for that buzzing metropolis she'd once called home. The woman in front of him, however, seemed determined to press him on his death, those inquiries prompting a soft sigh from the man. In truth, he hardly had the answers she was searching for. He hadn't the faintest notion as to why life had given him a second chance - he sure as hell didn't deserve it. "Nothing. I guess...life just wasn't done with me yet." He muttered and yet, there was hardly any venom within his voice, merely an almost guilty introspection. Why him indeed.
