South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The University of Sacrosanct

The University of Sacrosanct offers some of the top programs in the nation with its outstanding campus and specialized faculty. The University places a high focus both upon educating future generations but also on research to help revolutionize the world. I can't help this awful energy
Goddamn right, you should be scared of me

Those evenings beneath the full moon had become exclusive times he spent with his newfound Vector. Though he made an effort to include the man in the pack at large, there were times when he stole away with Henry on his own, attempting to find some sort of connection to the fellow he was inexplicably bound to. He could hardly help those feelings that he fostered for Henry. That sense of protectiveness, of possessiveness within him altogether baffled him if only because no singular being had been ever able to draw such emotions from him - certainly not another man. Even so, his emerald eyes remained steadfast upon his shadow, watching with an intense gaze that near bordered on concern as Henry tested the weight of that tree limb beneath him. Tonight, he was tempting to teach the man how their species so favored the height of the trees, their claws of their kind particularly made to be above the world and, in turn, to look down upon it from such a lofty point of view. The evening had hardly gone as well as he would have liked, the pair certainly had made a few tumbles thus far from Henry's efforts and yet, for as long as the man refused to give up on that endeavor, Tetradore too refused to give up on him. Unfortunately, even the were-King could well see that the man's patience with those simple things were more limited than not, thanks to that entirely deflated demeanor that had only gotten worse of late.

It was the howl of canines, however, that drew the panther's attention, his ears swiveling upon his head to listen intently to that sound. They were getting closer. The feline slowly began to shift, letting his body lower towards that tree branch he currently stood on. His emerald eyes shifted back towards his companion, the man, thankfully, still closer towards the trunk of the tree. "Stay quiet...let them pass." His words were softly uttered for the feline alone, the panther hardly had any interest in facing those coyotes with his Vector in tow. Or rather, he hadn't until the familiar view of one particular coyote came tearing through the underbrush beneath them. His emerald eyes followed her lithe frame, watching as she stumbled. Her frame went toppling into the mud beneath her, the woman hardly rising from that position in the mud. His ears flicked ever so slightly, the man wholly capable of hearing that rushed breathing and accompanying gasps that so accompanied crying and yet...such was hardly the only observation he made. He could smell his sister and that opposing Alpha upon the coyote's frame, his tail flicking in agitation. He was hardly surprised, truly, that she was on her own. He was hardly surprised that they had simply left her to her own devices. The coyotes were getting closer...Tetradore was certain he would regret this later, just as he was certain he would regret it if he did nothing either. That night he'd spent with Malia was still far too fresh within his mind for his heart to simply close off caring for her.

With a soft sigh the creature rose back to all four feet, his large jaws parting to let a roar echo through that forest. He knew well the chances of Frost and Nadya hearing him and yet, for the given moment, he cared vastly more of those coyotes that stalked the darkness. That simple predatory sound we entirely pointed to ensure they knew they were not alone within that forest. Not tonight. He glanced back at the man that lingered nearby, a hint of discontent in his voice as he firmly offered a warning to his Vector. "Stay close...there are enemies in the forest tonight. We'll check on Malia and then we'll go, okay?" He commented, entirely unaware that Henry knew exactly whom the woman beneath them was. It was easy for the feline to pick his way down that tree, those ebony paws landing within the mud with a soft squishy thud. God, he hated mud. He hated tracking it home and through his room. Still...she was worth this. His nose lightly nudged at Malia's side, those bright green eyes intently settled upon the woman with a hint of uncertainty within the depths of those irises. "Malia...?" His voice was near whispered for the girl - careful, cautious, concerned. What had she gotten herself into now?
