South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

Some fear fire, but I've become it.

How long could one man sleep? She had a solid 8 hours of blissful sleep while Tetradore surely took the prize. He didn't even budge. He'd slipped into a fitful slumber the moment his unruly locks touched the pillow. He hadn't moved from that position since. That was how he looked. Lifeless. If it were not for the rising and falling his chest she would have felt obliged to check his vital signs. It would seem the she-wolf would have to exercise a bit of patience. She could only wonder if that teleportation harmed him or simply depleted his energy. As she rested upon her front she studied him silently considering how one person could sleep for so long. Not even the heavy weight of her golden eyes did a thing. It was strange the uncanny way that even with one's eyes closed that they could feel it. At least Mira could. Once those thoughts were exhausted she slid with care from the bed, careful not to disturb the peaceful alpha before she showered and dressed in a comfortable pair of jeans that she had already worn earlier that week. She needed more clothes, who would have thought that something so simple could become a necessity so easily swept beneath the rug.

Mira's features pulled into a gentle frown as the freshly bathed woman slipped on the clean, but comfortable look. She cast Tetradore one last look before hastily scratching a note with the complimentary branded notepad and ballpoint pen before searching for something to eat. Sleep somehow made her ravenous. It felt good to move around the unfamiliar streets, enjoying the feeling of being a stranger in a strange land with a brisk pep to her step. She was relieved to have found a local bakery whose tasty morsels she could smell from blocks away. It was easy to pick an assortment of delectable, tasty items before she returned to the room with a box full of treats. Maybe she overdid it.... Maybe, considering there was probably perfectly decent room service to deliver far more substantial food. But one could never underestimate the bottomless pit of the panther who still slept. She curled in a large sofa chair just outside their room within the suite, comfortably settled as she glimpsed the countless options of films to watch as she nibbled her pastry. Of course, she felt compelled to watch a horror monster flick... right when the girl was about to do something dumb like check the back shed alone in the dark, her hand reached to undo the latch with an obvious creek... when Tetradore seemingly appeared and undoubtedly gave the engrossed Mira quite a fright that she would deny. She could have tossed that damn laptop across the room with fervour. Fortunately, the only victim was the woman on the screen who faced her... foreseen demise... and well Mira's poor heart.

Mira hardly had to wait long for Tetradore to get ready with the promise for suspiciously vague plans. Wait.. other than the appointment to see the new dubbed Ark 2.0 later?

"Give me a hint... just a little one." She affectionately pleaded, keeping the box of pastries hostage... like she could. He did not even budge.. An inch. Not even pastries nor her large golden eyes were enough to melt her steely alpha into caving. Not that she truly wanted to know, sometimes surprises were made better when they were kept so. The pair ventured off to attend this obscure plan... one Mira was far from prepared for.

Kinnley..... Uh well.. Other known as... Shopping.

She was certain not a single person in existence would have seen their date with a highly trained personalized shopper. The woman was good.. And well worth the tiny fortune she must have cost. Tetradore was hardly the kind of guy that seemed to appreciate the countless hours of a shopping trip or the tediousness of picking out and trying on clothes... But the overly bubbly and doting Kinnley made it... seamless. She was certain the pair would have drowned like the first Ark... if they were left to their own devices. Damn she had an eye for style.. It was a treat to watch Tetradore sporting those new outfits, the woman picking out pieces that reflected him.... And her so well. Although there were a few misses, like the loud flamboyant printed top she had tried to get him to wear. But the leather jacket she had found him was.... Perfection and she admired him shamelessly for it. She had lost count of how many outfits they had tried on but... she was certain she would never have to shop for an outfit for an incredibly long time. It was fun.. Dare she even say her stoic boyfriend enjoyed it too.

It was down to the final outfit, and by this time Mira could practically sing Kinnley's praises. She made her look good and offered her choices for all kinds of occasions. But this was a little different. She eyed herself in the mirror while Tetradore patiently sat comfortably sipping freshly brewed latte surrounded by the countless bags that contained their freshly purchased spoils. Kinnley was right, she didn't have an outfit like this.

Mira peered at her reflection in the mirror. Kinnely was adamant that the clothes were MADE for her. Tetradore questioned after them, whether he simply had enough waiting forever for them.. Or he was genuinely curious what Kinnley dressed her in.

"Hmm." Mira looked at her reflection indecisively. It looked good.. She could not deny that... but.. The outfit was impractical.

"Just show him.." Kinnley cajoled quietly but never too quietly for a were's sensitive hearing.

There was no arguing with her... over clothes... and she was certain it could definitely be worse.

Mira emerged in a short black, high waisted skirt and tall boots, and a crop top that showed a little skin, Kinnley assured that with a black jean jacket or leather and she could wear it anywhere. Mira was hardly convinced. "Can't really ride a bike in this.. Maybe if I swap the skirt for some...."

Kinnley rose her hand before her as if to both silence and shield herself the utter offensive word that Mira was going to say.

"It's not too short.. Right?" Kinnley all but beamed as she presented Mira, giving a look at Tetradore as if to prompt some response that Mira wasn't quite sure she would get. Sure no man in existence would ever say no to that view. Mira moved stepped forward into the middle of the room, pivoting upon the balls of her feet. Well.. if she was going to wear the skirt.. She was going to show it off. Apparently, every woman needed at least one skirt in their wardrobe and this one was it, according to Kinnley. Clearly...Kinnley has never known a man quite like Tetradore.
