South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

It was a rarity for the panther to be about with the glutton moon hanging so heavily within the ebony sky. His vampire mistress always made such nights more difficult for him, knowing all too well what such an eventide held for him, knowing the primal urges that were coaxed from beneath his skin. He'd been agitated all evening, wanting to join the family that lived upon the fringes of the city, knowing all too well that she would have a particularly tight hold upon him tonight. It was late into the evening before Tetradore saw his chance, a fight had broken out on the main floor of the club, tonight's heavier music had created a rather decent sized mosh pit - it was almost to be expected. Tetradore stole the chance to slip into the protection of the dimly lit corners, skirting the large room before meandering up the stairs and out onto the flat roof of their large warehouse. His body extended as he leapt from the roof of the building, landing solidly upon the next, the panther finding his own form of freedom beneath the full moon with his own kind of urban parkour. His figure hit the ground with a thud once he'd placed enough distance between himself and his so called owner.

A scowl crossed his features as he paused, his emerald eyes glancing back the way he came. He could feel his pack's presence, he could feel the earth calling to him, welcoming him back to the place that he surely belonged. The large feline scampered up a near by tree trunk as best as he was capable of, finding a home within the trees, safely tucked away between bark and leaves. He picked his way through the forest, mrauvering tree to tree, keeping the to the umbra that surrounded them. He might have escaped from his prison cell tonight but Tetradore was hardly at ease within the woods he'd learned to find comfort in. His body was tense, his intense emerald gaze peeled for any sign that she had followed him. He chose the most difficult path towards the two individuals and even when he finally did arrive on scene the male kept to the periphery of the gathering, choosing instead to watch and judge the figures that were entirely unknown to him.

He eyed the scarred lupine Tobias seemed all too content to play with, he watched the scurrying of the much smaller fox with her nervous habits towards Nadya and softly a low, soft baritone growl emitted from his lips. It seemed the two had been busy while he was away making friends of their own. His claws extracted as the panther lowered himself onto the branch, his tail flickering from side to side at his agitation and yet the man chose to make no move, instead momentarily content to simply sit and watch the action that unfolded around him, finding himself quite indecisive on just how he felt about this newest development in his almost perfect world.
