West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

"I detest the implication that I was holding it hostage," The young woman stated as she let her hand close around Frost's to drag him down the strip. "And I was using it once. You just never specified how long the one time was, my love."

She was content to walk along beside him as she inquired exactly what it was that he was looking for tonight. She had ideas in mind, of course. But he was her Alpha after all, and this was his plan and his night. Even if he had no idea for fashion, she had no doubt that he would have the final say in what clothing decorated her slender form as they set their plan into action for the evening. She was hardly surprised by his reply to her question on the topic, a chuckle coming from her lips to reward him. "But not too distracting, right? You need to focus, after all." She was well aware of the stallion's eyes on her frame.

He may have been interested in Nadya, but Edie was also aware of the way his gaze often fell on her. He may not admit it to himself, but he fully appreciated her form, too. And Edie couldn't deny the pleasure that gave her.

She allowed him to pull her into one of the stores. Dropping his hand, she allowed herself to step forward to one of the racks, her fingers running along the silk fabrics. She needed something sexy, yet entirely classy. Something that would draw all eyes to her without the use of her powers. Edie remained entirely confident that that would be an easy task, and she'd just turned to comment that very fact to her snowy-haired companion when the saleswoman appeared at their side. Edie was well aware of the way the woman's words were spoken more to her attractive companion than to Edie herself. Edie, perhaps, would have commented on such a thing had Frost's words not surprised her so much.

The word girlfriend slipping off his tongue sounded so foreign on his lips. And Edie knew that it was only due to the roles that they would be playing tonight for their scheme. And yet... and yet she couldn't deny the warmth that seemed to spread out within her at the title, no matter how fake it was. The fox cast her gaze up to the man, a blush having worked up into her cheeks. It was stupid. He was interested in Nadya. And yet, in that moment, Edie could so easily imagine being his girlfriend.

"Okay," The girl replied to him. Her voice sounded incredibly meek, her tongue having decided at that moment to weigh far more than it should have. Her eyes didn't leave him as she watched him retreat to the benches with the other men. Her eyes locked on his as he spoke to her mind alone. She'd gathered his intentions already, and as such the woman merely nodded her understanding before the saleswoman was awarded her full attention. Her eyes fell off Frost as the woman led her further into the store.

Even the distraction of clothes - which could usually occupy the young woman for days on end - couldn't fully distract her from the moniker that Frost had placed upon her. It was just a game, he'd told her as much. A game, a scam, a ruse. Their apparent couple status would allow them further in the games tonight. And yet the words falling from his lips only moments after she'd caught him looking had her wondering how far she could push this role for the evening. Could she get his attention solely on her for a change?

It was nearly a half hour later when she finally returned to him, holding the shopping bag that contained the black dress and matching heels that she'd chosen for the evening. Her smile was bright as she stepped up to him and planted a kiss on his cheek under the watchful eye of the shopping assistants. "I hope you weren't too bored waiting for me babe," She said to him, reaching to squeeze his hand as she pulled him to his feet. "The dress is gorgeous, but you won't get to see it until tonight."

Easily, her fingers slipped within his as she led him out of the shop and back onto the busy street. "So girlfriend, huh?" She inquired, her lips quirking up in a smile as she looked over at her Alpha. It was so easy to imagine that that would be the role she could actually take. He was cute enough, smart enough, clever enough. She could so easily remember their first meeting and wanting to kiss him. It was a shame she'd never gotten to outside of the illusion that he'd given her.

"I hope you know that I intend to push that as far as I can," She said with a tease, bringing them both to a halt outside of a jewelry store. She leaned up, planting a kiss on his cheek once more. "So, in order to match my dress, I need jewelry. Diamonds, if we're wanting to look expensive and fit in with those who we're trying to entice. And guess what, darling?" She grinned wickedly as she met his eyes. "Boyfriends get to pick out jewelry. So let's go."
