East

The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

Tetradore's head bobbed ever so slightly as the girl requested a mug of warm coffee, surprised by her choice in drink. He hardly hesitated, however, for the fairy to fish cash from her purse, instead fully intending to pay for the whole adventure himself. After all, it wasn't as if Tetradore didn't have the money to spend. The man stepped into the warmth of the cafe, his emerald eyes slowly move around the quaint cafe. slowly, the man made his way towards the front counter, following the line only to eye the pastries that lined the front glass cabinet. It was widely known amongst those he was familiar with that Tetradore had a particular weakness for sweets, often even battling his best friend and Beta for the last of them. The possibility that he could enjoy them all without Tobias' fingers stealing them was certainly a tempting proposition. Tetradore stepped up towards the register, pausing whilst his senses screamed at him. The cashier was a hunter? Well, that was unexpected. He paused, his nose twitching ever so slightly as the man smelled a rather familiar scent...of someone he knew, Even more peculiar.

The hunter across from him raised a brow and slowly, Tetradore shook his head, glancing at the menu overhead. After a moment's contemplation, he ordered himself and Sam drinks, along with a rather delectable treat on the side. it wasn't until quite a bit later that Tetradore emerged from the cafe with a warm beverage in both hands and a plate balanced precariously on top of one of the mugs. It took him a moment to find the young fae before he carefully made his way towards her, gingerly placing one of the cups down in front of her. The mug was still steaming with warmth, the latte had the shape a heart carefully crafted in it's foam. Tetradore took off the plate from its balanced position on his own mug, placing it and the heart shaped cookies between the pair before he settled across from her with his own deliciously smelling beverage.

Tetradore reclined entirely lackadaisical within the chair, bringing the mug to his lips to sip upon the contents within. This was exactly what he wanted. He allowed the fae a few moments to nurse her own beverage before his attention slowly turned back to the task at hand - testing her abilities. His emerald eyes turned towards the crowd, letting his own senses expand, "Let's see who we can find..." The boy muttered, glancing at the individuals that wandered down the sidewalk. "Do you have a limit in range to your abilities? Or can you target a person in specific?" He inquired casually as he searched, trying to work within the confines of what the young fairy was capable of.
