Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Abigail Hughes

Abigail could see the small twitch of Malia's nose in disgust, her own head tilted inquisitively to the side. Did Malia not like butterflies? It hadn't occurred to her that, perhaps, that little action was a result of something other than their conversation. Though the pair of women had made plans for several hours yet, the little were-panda hadn't anticipated that sudden declaration for a change of plans. "Oh...uh...okay?" She responded, entirely unsure of this whole idea of a 'pack' house. What was that? Dorian had mentioned this whole pack thing to her before, but even he had been uncertain as to what it was beyond just people you did stuff with. Did that mean she already had a pack of her own? She did stuff with Arlo....and Sebastian and Dorian...were they her pack? Those very questioned weighed heavily upon her mind as she followed her new found friend back towards her own neighborhood. Who would have thought they would have live so close together?! That was kinda neat, wasn't it? Well, it would be neat if Abigail wasn't nervous about meeting all these new strangers. She never did too well in large groups of people. She was more of the solitary one on one kinda girl. It must have been part of the whole panda thing.

Her auburn hair twirled around her finger as they took those steps up to the porch and yet, Abby could feel Malia's own discontent. It made her nerves all the more....fluttery. After all, when a predator like Malia was worried, usually that meant super bad things. Like, birds and deer fleeing sort of bad things. Her hazel eyes briefly met Malia's own as the woman sighed, pausing at the door only to offer her some attempt of a reassuring smile. Abby was pretty certain it was not reassuring at all but...she tried to offer one back. Did Malia also not like strangers? Wasn't she a wolf? Didn't wolves do the whole super family thing or something? Too many questions! So many things to consider! She hardly expected the way Malia abruptly stopped in the doorway, Abigail crept into the house behind her, sliding beside the woman with a glimpse of curiosity as she surveyed the new room she found herself in. The house was slightly bigger than her own, certainly having more room and yet...there was an awful lot of kid toys in here. Who woulda thought?

Abigail's gaze turned toward the woman on the sofa, glancing between the stranger and Malia. That scowl on Malia's face told her well that this was not a friend. Not friend - check. She watched as another woman rushed into the room with a squeal of delight, this new presence quite akin to a hurricane with the children that followed in her wake. Well, that explained the toys. She watched silently as the new girl's attention turned towards them, only to explain that couch lady was named Scarlett. By context alone, Abigail easily pieced together that couch woman must have been the stranger Malia had been talked about. What she didn't expect, however, was that raised brow she was given in return. Her own hazel eyes blinked back at that stare she was given - maybe hurricane girl wasn't friendly either....did Malia's house have ANY friendly people in it?! Maybe she could just....quietly creep out when Malia didn't notice and apologize later? That seemed feasible. Defensive plan - achieved. Still, the skittish young Abigail hardly intended to be rude either. Rather, her hand rose, offering hurricane lady a small wave and a softly squeaked - "Hi?"
