Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

A soft breath left the young woman's lips as her eyelashes fluttered closed over those depthless chocolate irises. She was oblivious of the weight of Damon's eyes upon her as the young woman reached out, metaphorically, for the aura that was so close to her own. It was easy to let those auras meld together, Chizue working on feelings alone even though she could certainly see the whole process. Gingerly she drew that strength, resilience, and potent care into her, letting it envelop the hole that had been left within her since her own transformation into a vampire. Those emotions so easily clicked into place, her own demeanor twisted and turn to fit her potential victim and yet, she was careful to only snack. The elderly, after all, did not often last long without what little energy they had - it was a fact she had learned from real-life experience, much to her own horror. It was only once that transformation, and her own feast, was complete that Chizue's gaze opened - the very change within her all but blatant in every fashion of the girl. She no longer ducked her head from the world at large, she no longer flinched at every out of place sound. That very skittishness had been replaced with an eager desire to tend to those she cherished. It was, perhaps, unfortunate for the man beside her that he had become the object of her suddenly endless effort to fulfill his every need.

Happily, the young girl turned towards Damon as she inquired whether or not he had eaten. They were, after all, in a diner. Surely she should ensure he had something too! Frankly, Chizue was beginning to feel rather....peckish. His insistence that they hardly had the right menu, however, caused her hand to raise as the girl brushed away the notion entirely. "Nonsense, they have something for everyone." She insisted as she reached out to pluck the menu from the table. Coffee sounded delicious enough and yet, it was the notion of pancakes that truely seemed to thrill her. His offer to order whatever she desired, however, was something she was more than ready to take charge of, the young woman nodding firmly in agreement. She glanced up, her chocolate eyes falling upon the waitress on duty. Lightly the young Asian waved the middle-aged woman over. "Good evening, do you know what you want?" The lady inquired and eagerly Chizue nodded, "Yes please, we'd like an order of your pancakes and a bowl of fresh fruit....oh and two blueberry muffins....and a side of your hashbrowns....and can we also get some waffles and two eggs over easy. And a coffee. Make that two." She glanced up at the woman who only seemed to regard her with a raised brow for a moment, only to nod. "We'll get started on that..." It was only once the woman left that Chizue turned back to her companion, her hands folding in front of her. "So, who do you want to eat? The waitress seemed nice, didn't she? She could be yummy."
