South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.
Home of: The Cavalry

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The University of Sacrosanct

The University of Sacrosanct offers some of the top programs in the nation with its outstanding campus and specialized faculty. The University places a high focus both upon educating future generations but also on research to help revolutionize the world. The University welcomes the talent of students across the world to enroll and unlock their unlimited potential. With applications from across the nation, classes fill up quickly.

He knows Nadya and Tetra are close, instincts assuring him of this entirely and indeed it is this knowledge that allows him to extend his own reach. He is content, comfortable, they are nearby and he asks for little more and indeed, as long as Tetra does not seek to make any sudden escape from him, the boy is at ease as he lopes, moving ahead of his pack, acting as Scout of sorts upon this moonlit night when the world seems so very designed for such creatures to roam. Whether or not his companions will join him within this clearing cannot be said, their scents upon the breeze all the same as the golden eyed Leopard's stride eats away at the earth, his lope increased in pace as he roams freely tonight, moving ahead of his own pack, drawn by the scent of another. He has met Birdie many times, hunted with her, fed beside her, permitted her to live within the Warehouse District he has taken ownership of and indeed- that the pack less she-wolf has wandered so far from his own territory this night has drawn his curiosity. She is running, this he knows, the sounds of her race heard upon the earth and yet more so it is his Hunter's skill that assures him of her position, her dark form having deviated from the path, heading upward. His own large paws are given to halt at the incline, the peak of the hill above outlined against the glow of the beaming full moon. Golden eyes arc upwards once more, head tilting with animalistic ease as the silhouette of the wolf appears above, her grey pelt taking on a moon silver tone within the gloom as she sniffs and snorts atop the hill, his own ears folding back in disdain at this sound.

Yet his attention is drawn still, a low rumble of curiosity coiled within the powerful creatures throat as he pauses only long enough to grip his prize, jaws parting to once more pick up the object he carries with diligence, leaping back into a lope once more, tawny golden fur aglow within the ethereal light as he leaps up and towards the wolf he knows so well. She had been a temporary pack of sorts, before he had found Nadya and Tetra once more and indeed some instinct within himself is drawn to her still. He is calmer tonight, more amicable, the moon seeming to have soothed the normally volatile creature in a contented lull of sorts and yet his energy still burns with much the same heat, his desire to seek release assured as he leaps that final step upward, landing atop the flat clearing upon the hill, striding forward and towards the girl with no hesitation. She has already submitted to him, allowed him to play the role of Alpha and as such he is offers no moment of pause to assess where it is they stand, invading her space in these moments as he allows his tail to curve against, brushing through the thick grey fur of her chest in a serpentine manner- a greeting of sorts- a decidedly feline one.

Yet this is all the pleasantries he sees fit to offer as he leans back upon his haunches, placing what appears to be a semi-deflated football at his paws, the cat having carried it for several miles for seemingly no reason, the scrap of inflated leather his current obsession, one paw lifting to rest upon it lest the wolf attempt to take it from him at risk of her own demise. Still skinny and underfed he may be, yet he outsizes her significantly and is hardly going to tolerate a subordinate stealing his toy. His eyes narrow slightly once more as the female lifts her head, as if she considers adding her howl to the chorus that has erupted about them, ears flicking back and forward with the sound, though indeed it is otherwise ignore. It is simply the song of the full moon and one Tobias has long since lost interest in. Cat's do not howl, his vocal chords incapable of making such a sound and yet that she hesitates seems to intrigue him still, his own tail flicking beside him as he stands once more, stepping over his semi-deflated football to stand before her once more.

Birdie! You are....doing it wrong! Like this.

His own lips part, head lifted to release nothing short of a horrific, ear-splitting yowl that echoes across much of the forests and city below, seeming to silence the other howls for some moments in much the same manner as a screaming banshee, the unfortunate wolfs ears no doubt ringing before he finally shuts the sound off, golden eyes blinking back towards her, waiting now for her to make some attempt at the gesture. Her efforts however, are evidently not swift enough for the impatient spotted cat, a growl of irritation spat free of his throat before he moves to stand once more, pausing only long enough to assure himself Nadya is not within the area, the female panther far more restrictive in her rules of what is acceptable then Tetradore- before leaping suddenly and abruptly atop her fluffy dark tail, slamming his paws down upon the sensitive appendage with a rumbling snicker, entirely sure such a gesture will force the girl to howl whether she desires it or not. Another growling snicker of sorts hisses free as he leaps away, landing atop his football, seizing it in his jaws once more before loping back around the unfortunate wolf.

Now we...play.

He is content to offer no further explanation, lunging suddenly forward and towards the wolf, powerful stride eating away at the grass as he dodges around her no doubt stunned form in the last moment, leaping between two trees at one end of the flat, dropping the ball atop the ground with a shake of his head before turning back to the woman.

I win...you did not...stop me. You are...supposed to...tackle me.

That he is playing his own version of football is evidently clear, ball tossed towards her now, the female barely given a chance to pick it up before he lunges again, paws wrapping around her neck, superior weight seeking to slam her into the ground having given her little to no chance to actually attempt to participate before he sends her flying from her feet, snatching the ball as he scrambles from atop her before circling wide again, clearly about to make another attempt to get past her and back to his own 'goal line'.

I win....again. Birdie is....to slow...get up!

Energy, it would seem, is a side effect of this glorious night upon the cat, the unfortunate wolf unaware that truly the game would be far much better with more than one person on each team, content to continue to pummel the wolf and claim victory over and over- lest she find some way to stop him, or someone to help her.
