Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

His Royal Majesty

Dorian Ellington-Aragona

The King of Italy

It was, Dorian had decided, a perfectly pleasant evening. Unusually so, for this time of year. The very sort of evening in which tea and light refreshments were better had in the garden then indoors. Dorian taking care to assure several of those outdoor heaters were made available all the same. Sebastian, after all, likely to refuse to let him outdoors at all unless he promised to sit beside at least two of them. This, he was assured, enough to appease his lover that he would be quite warm enough and more than capable of enjoying that cool air with his guest this evening. Sebastian, once assuring Dorian had chosen a suitable coat all the same, had retired to his office to see to his work for the evening. Dorian having returned to his own to make several shorter calls while he waited for Raven to arrive. The Monarch found he quote looked forward to seeing his companion once more. The young curly-haired woman, newly married, had become one off his favoured people to spend time with. Dorian inclined to think of Raven as well-mannered, agreeable, polite and decidedly interesting. The very sort of woman whom would all but have flourished in his own time. Those very traits, in turn, ensuring he found himself distinctly comfortable with her. At least, far more so than the type of woman Brennan had brought with him to tea those few evenings prior. Dorian not yet recovered from Serafina in any sense.

It was a short time later that Charles so arrived at his door to assure him Raven had arrived and been taken through to that tea table. Dorian insisting he would be done in a few moments as he made his way from the study and up to his bedroom to change into those nicer pants and collared shirt that so afforded that evening a smart casual sort of feeling. Dorian, of late, having become quite fond of that very phrase. It was only once he had assured himself off his appearance that he moved to make his way downstairs once more to pass that parlour and kitchen before stepping out and onto the well-lit, well-heated verandah. Raven already seated within one of those chairs beside the tea table. That warm grin so readily finding his features then as she stood. Dorian moving to afford her that distinctly European greeting, his lips pressed to the side off her cheek in that act off friendly affection before he gestured for her to sit once more. The Monarch moving to take that seat opposite her. How well she looked! That honeymoon so surely having done her the world of good.

"It is a pleasure to see you, Raven. You must tell me off your honeymoon. How are you finding married life?"

That wedding had been nothing short of beautiful. How very different it had been to Sebastian and his own and yet no less meaningful in turn. That smaller, more intimate ceremony having proven an overall delightful affair even if he had found himself decidedly stressed about his own appearance that day. How important it had been to assure he made no mistakes! Dorian having taken that task of walking Raven down the aisle with a great seriousness. After all, such a job was so normally reserved for a woman's Father. A distinctly honoured role and one he had been determined to fulfil. He reached readily for his own cup of tea then before settling further within his chair. The warmth of those heaters distinctly appealing. His hand waving loosely to that spread then.

"Please, help yourself. Your outfit is splendid this evening."

Dorian was nothing if not polite in all things. The Monarch the very epitome of social manners. To compliment a woman upon her outfit simply the done thing. Raven, after all, truly did look splendid this evening. Such an effort not at all unnoticed by the ever-observant Fae. Dorian so momentarily savouring that sip of tea.

"I am pleased you have come this evening, I missed your company while you were away. Although Sebastian and I have been quote busy too. How is Tobias?"
