East

The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

It hadn't occurred to the were-creature that it was particularly peculiar that he owned such a clearly ostentatious vehicle. Every since his capture as a youth, Tetradore had been surrounded by luxury. He had had it nearly forced upon his persona regardless of if he wanted it to begin with - which, often times, he didn't. He head become so used to the opulence that he was now nearly insensitive to it. At least, he had been up unto the point the young woman at her side stopped dead within her tracks to stare blankly at the black and blue aventador. His emerald gaze shifted from the young woman to the vehicle, his curiosity shining through those otherwise still emotions. He had nearly forgotten the state of her apartment and the nothingness within it. In a peculiar way, he was more used to the notion of poverty then he was the simple fact that he was wealthy. He hardly bothered to comment on it, however, as she quickly jumped to attention, her cheeks flushed with a pink hue whilst the girl busied herself with getting into the vehicle. Instead, Tetradore made his way towards the other side, getting in beside her only to direct the entirety of his attention upon the road in front of him and the sports car purring beneath his fingertips.

Tetradore shifted gears on the sports car but the sound of her voice caused him to stop before his foot stepped on the accelerator. His gaze gingerly trailed over her figure as she rushed her words, her cheeks once again flamming that bright red and slowly his eyebrows rose. The moment, however, was fleeting before his hand reached out to brush over the dashboard in a rare glimpse of affection. "Thank you, this one is my favorite." The Koenigsegg and the McLaren were more often than not left within the hull of the cargo ship in favor of the sharp lined and far faster Lamborghini. The vehicles, although all stolen, were by far Tetradore's most prized possessions. He hardly hesitated any further, his foot hitting the accelerator as he navigated them with ease from the parking spot and out into the general traffic. "It's south of us. You can see the tall rises over there." He gestured loosely with one hand in the general direction of the downtown though he hardly dwelled upon the topic long. Quite on the contrary, Tetradore's thoughts lingered elsewhere, instead focused on the words the young woman had spoken earlier.

He cleared his throat as they neared closer towards the downtown, his emerald eyes glancing towards the young woman at his side. "You know, you don't have to work at the Cat's Meow if you don't want to. If you despise the attention so greatly, you are free to find other places of employment, Neither my sister or I would hold it against you." He spoke carefully, his baritone voice measured with particular care. "You're life is what you make it. "Life is to sh-" He paused, his eyebrows furrowed momentarily as a thought occurred to him, "Do fairies age?" He inquired, his head tilting to the side in a display of inquisitiveness.
