Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

The Sun Also Rises

It would seem perhaps, that those memories of last night were entirely willing to allow themselves to be relived all over again and so rouse the vampire into wakefulness once more. Dorian's lips so sought to encourage the memories of those all-too pleasurable hours to the forefront of his lovers mind. It was a rare thing, after all, for Dorian to so engage in those sorts of activities outside the confines of the bedroom itself and indeed, rarer still, to so allow Sebastian to have him in the presence of his own servant's. Yet, while a slow progression perhaps, it is surely some subtle indication that the Fae King was, steadily, beginning to find himself only more and more comfortable in these modern ideas of affection and the openness he might so be allowed to engage within. Dorian having held little care last night to restrain any of his desires- that dark leather couch having proven to be decidedly useful in turn. The living room the first of many within Sebastian's home Dorian was assured he might enjoy. He is aware of those almost lazy attempts to return his kisses, Sebastian, it would seem, still content to struggle with returning some sort of life to his too-cold form in those moments- the simper that tugged at the corner of his lips however was hardly missed. Dorian entirely content to allow his own to fall into place in amusement at that groan he was afforded with as he placed himself atop the man's chest, fingers teasing a pattern upon his pale skin.

It is, as Dorian wholly suspected, the tease of such genteel touches gliding lower and lower still upon his lovers naked form that seems to result in Sebastian's gaze fluttering open- Dorian halted in that playful caress as the vampire made some effort to announce his wakefulness. On silver eye merely arches neatly upward at such an answer. Dorian more than willing to so find a myriad of other ways in which to rouse the man if it was so required of him before he feels his lovers limbs intertwine with his own. A soft chuckle of amusement readily parts his own lips- Dorian finding himself beneath the man merely seconds later. The Fae hardly concerned, indeed there was a decided pleasure of sorts, in so being pinned beneath the man he adored- those kisses against his neck drawing a soft murmur of satisfaction from within him. There was something truly peaceful about moments just as these. Dorian finding himself afflicted with an almost glorious, if not entirely intoxicating, contentment. In so many centuries of life he had been lacking this entirely- the vast majority of his days having begun with a loneliness of sorts that no amount of meaningless conquests could so dispel. It was this most simple of pleasures- this sharing of a bed and too those tender caresses reserved for lovers alone in those waking moments that Dorian had so come to adore. If this was love- and Dorian knows so surely that it is- then he finds he understands, in that moment, why there were those so willing to sacrifice everything for it. Ah, but what a feeling it was!

That brush of the man's tongue upon his neck however, so seeks to derail those more genteel of thoughts, a chuckle rising to hum within his throat once more. The Fae King, after all, had already learned the difference between what was merely playful affection upon his Consorts part and indeed when such gestures were more tainted with a want of sorts. Yet, even so, Dorian can hardly help the manner in which he so eagerly responds- enjoying even that brief caress as Sebastian nuzzles against his neck and his hand intertwines with his lovers own. Dorian so unable to see and yet entirely aware all at once of that red thread that so bound them together and tangled about their forms. The Fae assured, still, that such a power as that was a gift decidedly rare and yet the knowledge he had so been allowed to have by way of that thread in so knowing his own soulmate was a knowledge the man cherished rather deeply. It is perhaps, with his own moment of mirth that Dorian allows his own head to angle slightly, teeth nipping suddenly and yet playfully at the top of Sebastian's ear- if only to so catch the vampire momentarily off guard and draw that quizzical look to his features. Dorian allowing the vaguest of shrugs without so jostling Sebastian from his place nestled against him. That impish grin in place upon a façade of otherwise decided innocence.

"I did nothing. You imagine things, Mon Cher."

The amusement within his tone is surely clearly before Sebastian's words find him, Dorian relaxing entirely against the other man as he so contemplated their plans for this evening as if they required true though upon his part, gaze resting upon his Consorts own now.

"It would seem tonight I am afflicted with an idea that is two-fold. You took me to the restaurant and the aquarium and I think, perhaps, it is my turn to take you somewhere. Though, as you did not tell me as to what the aquarium was I shall not tell you where we are going. It shall, I think, take up most of our evening and yet once we are done we should return here so I might show you the second part of my idea."

That impish grin so returns to his features, Dorian so clearly having put far more thought into this then the mere moments of contemplation he had pretended to take.

"Your servant's have been most helpful in this, they assure me that you need wear something of a more formal nature though. We need be ready in about an hour."

His own more formal attire had been so covertly stored within Sebastian's wardrobe before the vampire had returned home last night, so limiting any chance the man might have had to query it. Dorian decidedly pleased with himself in that moment for so taking the vampire unawares. After all, how long had it been since anyone had so taken Sebastian on a date? His lips press affectionately to the top of Sebastian's head- though he makes no move just yet to shift their positions. Still relishing in that closeness.

"Then tonight, after I have so dated you and showed you my other idea we might fall right back into this bed and these sheets- do you think you might enjoy this idea? You will have to get dressed though, I fear."
