Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

I wake up to find this daydream

and the stars in their orbits shone pale through the lightof the brighter, colder moon

It was a stroke of luck that Nadya had decided to remain behind while Sebastian went out. While it would have probably been an interesting showdown between the two males given the situation, it wasn't what Nadya was ready to deal with yet. Shifting her natural order of sleeping to suit the vampire's schedule these past few weeks had been strange but it was the being fed from that sapped her energy this time. She'd be lying if she said didn't enjoy it every time though. Her rude awakening by the large leopard coming through the window was not at all well received. Nadya's eyes flew open in surprise before furrowing in anger as she smacked at Tobias as he dragged her from the bed, her silk chemise hardly appropriate attire to be dragged outside as he intended. "What in the world are you doing?! Let go of me!" She yanked fiercely away from Tobias, glaring at him as her mind processed what he said; Tetra wanted her. "Fine...but I need to get dressed." Nadya huffed at the naked male before stripping her chemise and pulling on a pair of jeans, black under-tank bra, and a black lacey see-through fabric shirt. Nadya glanced around the room debating whether to leave Sebastian a note and what possibly she could tell him but Tobias didn't seem to want to wait for her to figure it out as he grabbed her once again and dragged her from the hotel in all his naked glory. At this rate the entire population of the North side would have been victims of his streaking come the end of the year. At least Nadya had modesty when it came to being within the public outside of the Were culture.

Nadya kept up with Tobias easily even though she wasn't pleased with being led like a child. The two felines were constantly butting heads and was the reason for her to hole up with Sebastian after her last encounter with Tobias. She didn't have much time to think over how long it had been since she had last seen Tobias let alone her brother and where possibly he was taking her because it surely wasn't to Syn or the warehouse district. The apartment buildings loomed up on them causing Tobias to halt suddenly and finally release her, letting her rub absently at the fading red mark, watching him walk off into one of the buildings. She stood there for a moment, nervousness flipping in her stomach at what might be waiting inside. Tobias, she knew, would not knowingly lead her into danger but it didn't mean Tetra wouldn't be cross with her either for hiding from Tobias these past few weeks. He wouldn't understand her reasoning and she prayed she'd never have to explain it. With a shaky sigh Nadya followed Tobias' path into the building.

Her attention lingered as the young feline before her on the barrenness of the rooms as she slowly walked through, the heels of her boots clicking slightly on the wooden floor. The soft voices coming from the back part of the apartment acted as her navigator and followed the sound dutifully. Nadya paused just inside the doorway at the sight of the female that both males were crouched in front of. She knew that smell well, death, as it was one that frequently mingled with her own scent whenever her and Sebastian became...entangled when he fed. Her approach was cautionary, using Tobias and her brother as living shields as she always had done, her trust for vampires lying only with Sebastian due to their shared ability and his willingness to train her. At least that's what she told herself. "Tetra, who is that?" Her gaze darted questioningly to her brother when she reached them then to Tobi as he, due to his social awkwardness just won the failure medal for empathy as always. Then she saw the mess on his face which caused a sharp inhale of disbelief and disgust. Nadya saw the item at the woman's feet which only confirmed what the mess was, "You don't eat that! What it wrong with you?! Now your face is all dirty again! Oh my god...you are so gross, Tobi." It almost seemed like he had regressed during her absence, eating items that were supposed to be inedible whereas at least before they were just odd combinations of real food. And this was the pack she was so grieved to have been broken from.
